Well, it's been a few months, but i was able to get Starlight Barking yesterday so i am able to post the epilogue.
I may warn you, i don't think it is as good as the other parts.
Note: The second part of this epilogue takes place between part 8 and the Last Part.

4 years past.
The day had finally come, a day that all the dogs who were in the eye of storm would all have expected to come. The day of the offer.
Cadpig (now dog to the Prime Minister) and all other dogs you can ever believe were all drawn the Nelson Column in London by Sirius (a past version of the one they knew years ago) and he had just made the offer of them to leave the world filled with what he called ‘the filth of mankind’ and join him on his world. The chimes on Big Ben were striking on 2oclock where Pongo, Perdy and their children left the National Gallery. They had discus long and hard on the matter and now Pongo was about to give Sirius his answer.
“So the answer is no then?” Sirius said when he heard the reply “Not only just from you, but from all over the world? And there can be no other answer. Dog, who have lived closest to mankind can never desert them. Though I don’t think much devotion is deserved; I can admire it. May you never regret your decision, oh Dogs of the World.”
He then paused before saying “All dogs will return home. Afterwards you shall be an ordinary dog again with no powers whatsoever.”
There was then a bright glow of light which took Sirius and then rose up high into the sky until it was only the size of a flea.
As all the dogs of the world left (via this special gliding power), Cadpig turned to see a small group of Dalmatians on one side of the street. Two of them were adults, one of them (the male of the pack) had black ears in which one had 3 white spots and on his back, the shape of what seem to be a blob with arms and legs showed, the other was female (possibly the males mate) she had blue eyes with a pink collar while on her back laid a spot shaped like a dragon. At the feet of the two adults, there were three small pups which seem to have mixed features between the two, Cadpig couldn’t tell which gender they were, but as far as she saw, two of them seem to watch the events which were happening in the square like they parents while the smallest one wasn’t really paying much attention to what was going on and instead just simply watching a small group of insects walk on the pavement, walking around them acting as if they were some sort of movie giant or something. The two looked down on the pup and then back to Cadpig before giving her a smile.
Cadpig then turned to see another adult Dalmatian looking at her. You couldn’t really see anything special in his spots; however what made him easy to find was the long scarf which hung around his neck. This one had a puppy too; she shared her fathers’ appearance with a question mark spot on one of her ears and like the other pups (apart from one), she paid as much attention to her surrounds like the other adult hounds and understood what the entire affair was on about.
The scarfed dog looked at Cadpig and gave a wink “Well Done Cadpig.” Cadpig could just hear him say before he turned with his daughter and walked away down the street heading for home.
As they left, Cadpig gave a small smile back at them and looked up to the sky. “Yeah.” She thought to herself “Well done indeed. Thank you Doc, Thank you.”

Four years previously
On the night of the Cremation
Doc continued to watch Sirius’s body burn. It really was sad when you think about it, the last pure blood of a whole species and nearly everyone never knew of his existence. All that life and history all turned to ash and simply allowed to die.
Doc sighed, he knew that one day this is something which will await him, it is a fact; death is a fate which all of us have to except, one day.
Doc went on watching the fire, still and all alone, however; he wasn’t alone.
Unaware to his knowledge, a shadowed figure watched him from behind a tree.
They weren’t really paying much attention to the dog watching the fire, but more to the one within it, the body of Sirius.
“Why burn them?” the figure thought to themselves “Is that it? Man’s best friend, hope you don’t mind being burnt to a crisp? Of course, it could be worse. In some cultures in this world they take the elderly, strip them of anything useful and then leave them there out in the cold to die.”
The fire started to die out, the flames got smaller and smaller until they were only the size of your finger. Doc gave a small nod and turned to leave then. The figure saw their chance; they left their land of cover and ran over to the pile of hot ash which use to be Sirius. When they reached it, they started to dig through the grains until they were able to pull out some sort of object.
The item was like a shining metallic strap. It was covered with multiple blinking emerald green lights which all seem to blip in pattern. The strap also had a small keypad on it which you can probably guess something would happen if you typed some sort of code on it.
The figure held the strap up for a minute or two before they wrapped it around and clicked the two buckles on each end together.
This stranger looked down on the collar around their neck with eyes which matched the colour of the lights on the collar and gave a dark grin with a sinister chuckle.
They had been given the wish with the exchange of a handshake and they were going to make that wish would be worth it.
They then pressed a certain code on the keypad and then with a turquoise glow they disappeared into the darkness of the night, that chuckle though, still echoing throughout the area. Like a howl of the bad wolf.
The End
