Today, I had a scare.
This afternoon, my dad came home complaining of chest pains. He was also sweating, and didn't have any appetite. We called the ambulance, and my dad was fine until they passed Best Buy in Warner Robins, when the ambulance turned on the sirens and sped down the highway, to the hospital.
My father had an acute heart attack. Doctors was able to stabilize him, and now he's doing fine. He survived. The doctors said that if we hadn't gone to the hospital by ambulance, my father would've died.
This is a wake-up call for us to eat more healthy. I don't want this happening to my father again.

Oh My, I remember hearing about the chest case, but it was that!? o.o
It is good to hear that your Father is Okay, Shadow. *Hugs*
I can also understand what you mean, when you refer to eat more healthy. Did the Hospital give you any type of plan, on what food you need, to help with this case!?

Yep, my father had a full-blown heart attack. The left side of his heart was completely blocked. Well, it's easy to follow a diet. Eat more greens and lean meats, instead of greasy foods. Drink more water instead of sodas.

Well, now I'm no longer scared. My dad is home from the hospital, safe and sound. He has medicine, including Plavix. He'll have to take them for the rest of his life, lest he wants to go back to the hospital.

This is a huge day for NASA. The Cassini spacecraft just dove in between Saturn and its rings, marking the beginning of its Grand Finale of its mission of taking pictures of the planet. On September 15, of this year, Cassini will plunge itself into Saturn's atmosphere, burning up and destroying itself in the process, as it'll crash into the planet.

Sounds intriguing. Though I wonder what it's like inside Saturn. I would think it's not as dangerous as Jupiter.

Charlotte Rae, who played our beloved Nanny in 101 Dalmatians: The Series, has been diagnosed with bone cancer. I don't know what to feel, but I am certain she'll pull on through. Seven years ago, she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and she defeated that.

She's 90 years old, Shadow, so this could very well be her time.

Not much of a rant, but I still think it must be said.
When it comes to anthro characters, I prefer that my Dalmatians be barefoot in anthro rps here. They're barepawed in feral form, having no need for shoes, so I placed that trait in my pups' anthro forms. They'll still wear clothing, but shoes, including sandals and high heels, and socks, will be omitted.

Okie, what happened this month?
Well, first off the Cassini. Like I posted in the days before, the Cassini spacecraft plunged itself into Saturn, disintegrating in the process. Reason why is because NASA didn't want to contaminate any of Saturn's moons with Earthly microbes. So, on September 15, whilst Cassini dove into Saturn, when they lost the signal from Cassini, the project manager confirmed it saying, "We just heard that the signal from the spacecraft is gone, and within the next 45 seconds so will be the spacecraft."
Being in space for nearly 20 years. And now Cassini's part of Saturn itself. Sometimes, it's hard to say goodbye.

We got our money's worth out of Cassini. I love how even it's demise has a lot of benefit since launching it in gives a little data on Saturn's atmosphere as a final parting gift before its final impact. Going out with a bang indeed...

I think I know why I take too long to rp, and what's the cause of my rp block, even though I don't want to quit role-playing.
With the exception of the Anthro RP I'm doing, or as I call em RPs outside of Sparky's, Shadow being depicted as a dictator villain isn't working for me. Him being part of the Followers isn't working for me. I get a funny feeling inside me, as if it's telling me to stop.
Honestly, I rather focus on down to earth rps. Like camping, or visiting an abandoned carnival, or the upcoming Christmas RP. That way, Shadow will be written in character, rather than OOC in the Battle of the Farm RP.
