Ooooooooh, I was checking on EBay, and it appears that the Series Bible for "101 Dalmatians The Series" is avaliable!
For those who do not know, A Series Bible is a reference document used by the show makers for information on characters, settings, and other elements of the Series!
I have placed a bid for it and, should I win the auction, I will share what it says on here!
However, we do have a couple of Preview Images, that give a number of Character Bios, inclueding Mooch, Wizzer, Dipstick, Two-Tone, Roger & Nanny!
Some details I find interesting...
For example, it does claim Mooch's behavior is indeed an act to get attention, and is not so much physically threatening, but more a smooth-talking manipulator.
He is angry by the Dalmatian's presence, since he had the farm to himself before they came, and he shows anger to anything they embrace, so he will turn up his snout to "Bark Brigade".
Also, it describes Dipstick as having a laugh that sounds like "A Gaggle of Geese being pushed through a Paper Shredder", while also suggesting that both he and Wizzer constantly bicker with one another!
With Two-Tone, she is apparently Mooch's Advisor...which is ironic because she can not make her mind up about anything.
She has a crush on Mooch, but he barely notices her. It also says she does appreciate Lucky's kindness and the two do dig bones together.
Two-Tone tries to act tough, seeing herself as a Biker Chick, Born to be Wild, and will occasionally do things to prove it (such as dyeing her fur green). But on the inside, she is a sweet girl who doesn't know what she really wants.
I admit, did not know about how Two-Tone has the role of Mooch's Advisor in the Gang, but then again, given she can not make her mind up about anything, that role doesn't show much. Didn't know about her trying to put on the "Biker Chick" look, too.
With Roger, A detail it says, but doesn't mention in the show, Cruella frames investing in Roger's Video Game Company as an "Apology" for having stolen the Puppies. While, really, it's so she can have leverage over him.
But, also, Cruella does genuinely believe Roger has talent and can be successful, so she wants to have the Royalties on his Games, too.
On top of that, according to Nanny's Profile, she is suppose to have been Roger's Nanny.
Although, Does kind of contradict how in "Southern Fried Cruella", she says she "Got (Anita) passed diapers".
Also, the Disney Nanny is Nanny Cook, who is Missus Dearly's Nanny in the "Novel", and she mentions being Anita's Nanny in the "Live Action" Film.
Granted, this is a Revised Series Bible, dating from November of 1996, so maybe more revisions were made to the Series Bible?
Like I post, I have placed a Bid in for it, and if I win the Bid, I will post what it says on the other pages.
What you think of these Profiles, Pups!?
