Aww, Really? =s Yeah, I understand those days when almost anything that can go wrong, does. So, I can sympathise. And I can see how a Jumper close to you can add Straw to the camel back. ;3
Do you wish to tell us on what happened today, Kit? Or is it something you wish to keep it private? ^^; Still, You know, I’m here for you, Kit. *Hugs* ;3
I do hope you feel better soon, Kit. *Hugs* ;3 Looking forward to hearing from you. *Hugs* X3

I'll be leaving tomorrow, but I guess it's still safe to say I wont be much active.
As for people trying to reach me on msn, my msn is giving my a hard time these days. I swear today it looked like a glitch from the first pokemon games, cause the entire frame just freezes from time to time. It usually eases up in the night, possibly because our connection gets less pressure at the time. I dunno much about computers.

Everyone is banned for using the word "awesome" to the extent where the word has lost it's impact and simply become a short cut for people who can't be bothered to write their good feedback with a little detail.
"I have one word for this picture: Awesome!"
Seriously? just one word? That wasn't very nice to the artist who might have hoped at least a sentance of feedack. And the word is awesome? A word which in this context only means something vague such as "thumbs up."
I always thought the word awesome implied that the thing being described was so incredible you didn't know where to start, meaning you had like.. tons of things to get of your chest to describe it's awesomeness. But the general attitude is more like: "Awesome!" *All right, I have done my part to make this person think I care about his/her work*
To sum things up; this little vent is targeted at the usage of the word alone is very inpersonal. If I where to be reviewed I'd feel sort of neglected, I think. Like a mother saying "That's nice, hon" before looking back at her fancy laptop.

I think, I understand your point, Kit.
Sometimes, I get comments like that saying "Very Nice!", I often need to respond with saying "Yes...But what do you like about it? Reasons on why you think it."
I often do my best to make my comments long, like saying a Sandwich Comment.
Compliment. Criticism Compliment, etc. ^^;
So, I would agree, reasons on why viewers find it Awesome would be nice to see in comments.
Didn't you say this about those who say, 'Sorry' alot, that it's used so much, it mislays it's meaning?
Still, I look forward to hearing more from you, Kit. (I say that alot, don't I? ^^; ) *Hugs* X3

Yeah, I know what you mean by that. In fact, I was having a discussion with someone about this very thing the other day. x3 I do feel like people who repetitively comment with "awesome!" or "nice pic/story!" or "oh cooool!" could probably go a little further to say what they might like about it or so on.
Personally, I prefer constructive criticism to praise... especially simple praise that really doesn't say anything by summing it all up with the word "awesome". I don't mind if people don't comment at all on my work, but for those who do, I like the criticism because I always feel like everything I create is... never perfect, and of course they never are. x3 Those one-liners though... it's like getting you excited to see that someone commented, only to get disappointed to see another "nice one!" in the inbox. Just an extra little comment of your own about the fanfic or picture really can make all the difference to the artist. :>

Haha, I'm so very glad not to be alone in this sentiment.
@bab: I agreee on the part about throwing in compliments. If there is nothing that redeems the work than how can a person improve? One needs something to build on.
@growlie: Is it just me or do you always hit the nail on what people are expressing? xD I think I must love you now. I feel so understood! And yeah, you are spot on. I'd much rather have critique than praise. I to feel that way about my own work having imperfections so when I'm praised I always feel like people are afraid to tell me what's really the case, and that's a really bad thing xP
