Yes. I just made a topic for My Little Pony. Deal with it.
As much as I have enjoyed the new Pound Puppies cartoon on The Hub, I am enjoying My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic just as much. Its creative steward is none other than Lauren Faust, although I doubt very many of you know who she is. However, she has done an admirable job taking such a feminine franchise and making it into something that has genuine crossover appeal. All one has to do is look at the den of scum and villainy that is 4chan to see that; the "bronies" care more about the series than I believe most little girls do.
I don't expect anybody here to reply to this topic. But should you ever watch The Hub, don't dismiss the series too easily.

I never thought you of all people would see the new Rainbow Dash in action.

I never thought you of all people would see the new Rainbow Dash in action. What's that supposed to mean? I've always been a fan of animation, although I suppose I don't make a habit out of watching shows intended for little girls. Rainbow Dash is a fun character, but I like Twilight Sparkle more.

I had a feeling this 80's fad would make a comeback someday. Looks like it has.

What I'm saying is, I have My Little Pony stuff scattered around my room. Rainbow Dash is my favorite, old and new.

MY LITTLE PONY!
Yes, I love the show. I really, truly do! Well, I haven't seen so much of the Friendship is magic but the style looks so absolutely CUTE ♥ Rainbow Dashes new design and personality fits her name SO much better and I love her!
Gotta say I love the 80's cartoon maybe little bit more. Nostalgia and all that stuff. I love MLP Tales (1992) as well, but hey. I like almost all of them!

What I don't understand is why more episodes of this can be viewed on the Hub's website then there can of the Pound Puppies cartoon. Maybe bigger popularity? *groan*

It's not like the old cartoon, that's for sure.

The fact they have a character unoffically known as "Derpy Hooves" should tell you that.

DJ p0n-3 is my favourite pony. Rainbow Dash is second, though. I'm sick of all the Cutie Crusaders episodes. ¬_¬

They did Nemo. I don't watch the show but basically, they animated a horse with those derpy internet-meme eyes in the background of one of the first episodes. The fans ran with it, just search Derpy Hooves on DA.
