Well, ello dali fans that I still don't really know all too much as of yet. xD For those of you who actually remember me, I'm that weird Growlie person that rants and rambles for hours on end, and has only actually been active for... -counts on fingers- A month ? x'D Anyway, school and education and stuff cropped my Internet time as most of you can probably imagine, and when that happened, I just sort of lost touch with MSN, and with that, the forum (this wouldn't be the only one D:). Got to talking to Shadow on DA and brought myself back here again. I will likely start getting back on MSN too, if people can remind me (darn you Skype, always making me forget other messenger programs ^^ , although I won't be able to chitchat/RP for hours - every once in a while is cool though, when I get the chance. I'd still like to be able to hang around, so I thought I'd try to make a venting thread... thing... like other people have. So maybe I can... rant, and stuff. And maybe I'll get to know you all better ? Still kind of the n00b in this community so maybe a thread like this is just what I need. Aaaaanyway... um, what to rant about. Hmn. Ah - well, new semester in college started ? (school is always a good discussion starter) Tis pretty cool... I mean, it's better than last semester, which was totally chock filled until the holidays. @_@; But I despise most of my classes... actually, all of them except for Music Theory. :'D Geology... it's about rocks. And minerals. And the occasional volcano. Goes from 9:30 to 12 'o clock... THAT IS TOO LONG TO BE TRAPPED IN A ROOM FILLED WITH ROCKS. Then I have Public Speaking right after. No bloody break for lunch. Thus, I snack on chex mix, cheetos and other delicious edibilities up in front when other people are making speeches. Then, I go up and make speeches when my face is all orange from eating cheetos. Ch'yeeeaah. Um, that's it. Basic boring class. Then straight after... no breaks ! ... I get English Comp II. Hooray ! -waves flag- It's actually not that bad, cause I got stuck with the easy professor. It's been a few weeks and we haven't written zilch in there yet. Now there's a good sign. :] x3 So, that's how my Tuesdays and Thursdays are like, yeah. And then Wednesdays and Mondays are just Music Theory in the morning, which is fantastic. And on Wednesdays, jazz guitar. Yeah. I actually have to do a lot of work for that. @_@; Not big on jazz. But I'm learning how to improv /not terribly/ ! So yay. It r worth itz. OK. Why did I just rant about that stuff ? Ah well, I suppose that's what a ranting thread is for. I hope it has told you a lot about me as a person, and my spontaneous randomness and quirkiness and weirdness and all of the above. Again, just want to say "hello" to you all again. I am aware that nothing I just wrote had to do with 101 Dalmatians in any way shape or form. Speaking of which... I need to get back to watching the series. Yeah. Because lately (oh no, another rant) I've gotten back into watching a lot of cartoons lately... maybe I can thank Cartoon Network for this, since they seem to be airing a lot of old cartoons on there during day hours on weekdays... I know this, for I have no courses on Friday, and have witnessed it with my very eyes. And now all of a sudden, I hunger for more cartoons... need to get back to watching the series again, STAT. I mean, I'll always be the junkie who's into the classic movie and that, but hey, the series (the few episodes I've watched XD) wasn't that bad for a fun cartoon and since most modern-day cartoons stink majorly, I need an outlet, and since I love 101 Dalmatians, why not ?! Oh yeah, I'm going to post this channel so I don't forget it now. www.youtube.com/user/Kroko802Yay for being super lazy. Anyway, I ranted a lot. I think that's enough for now. o-o All in all, I know I'm still new here but I just wanted to say hi to you all again, and hopefully, maybe, I can be active. For the first time ! OMG... so miracles do happen. So, until next time on the ranting thread (which I WILL update, cause I WILL come on here), night night and see you all laterrrrrrrrr. ;0 -snazzy exit-

So, It was College that's been keeping you, Busy, eh? I'm actually taking Music Theory myself! Although, It does seem a bit like Technobabble to me, Sometimes. ^^; I can barely tell which Chord is which. I just got into it, cause I wanted to compose and sing. *Blushes*
Still, It's Awesome to hear from you, Growlie! =3 Looking forward to hearing from you, More often. *Hugs* X3

Yay, Growlie! I've missed your sporadic yet somewhat sensical rants on MSN. =[ Sounds like you have a busy week at College. Mine is a similar case, with the longest day of the week being fridays. =P Your rant told me nothing about you I didn't already know, aside from your college timetable, but that will help me commence Operation S.T.A.L.K. =D
In any case, looking forward to talking more on MSN. =3

@bab: Yeah, my sudden activeness in DA again must've helped, haha. (-had suddenly become less active on there as well- @_@ . But you're taking Music Theory ! That's awesome ! I'm actually quite passionate about Music Theory and I've had a lot of practice building chords, so I'd always be willing to lend a paw to that. :3 I'd like to learn to sing and compose to, haha... finally getting into composition in Theory II, but still need to take a vocals class. @.@ I'll definitely share some of what I learn though, if you'd like ! ^_^ Bishop: Yeah, I knoooow, we need more solar eclipses so that I have an excuse to stay up into the night on MSN ! -jumps on chair- Although I've been /somewhat/ active on Skype, so I have absolutely no excuse to totally forget about all my other messengers like MSN, Gtalk, Yuguu... -headdesk- x'D D'awwww... Fridays are my easiest days. ^^; AND OH DEITY OPERATION STALK. 08 ! -hides- Hope to get myself more on MSN as well ! @shadow: Indeed... D: Although it hasn't been quite as hard yet as it was last semester. I can just feel English Comp II rising gradually into the horrors that is an English class. Haha. XD Yeah, I'm only part of a couple forums and I've started slipping from all of them. D: Darn you real life. Hope I can strive for more activeness... and RPing ! @nemo: Haha yeah, school just knows how to crush peoples's dreams, doesn't it ? >o<; I wish you luck on your studies as well - they can just be a real pain sometimes. And hope to see more of you here at Sparky's, and DA. @boeing: Oh, haha ! Sorry if I said anything that sounded offensive there. ^_^; I do rather like Geology, in fact astronomy and the earth sciences are my favourite (which is why I chose it for my general credit). So many hours is a lot for me though, and I wish we could just pass the rocks unit already ! -wants to get to the part about earthquakes/tsunamis/natural disasters- ! O: Thanks for the welcome back, and I hope to see you more around the forum as well.

Ahaha, I'm sure we can come up with something more original this time. =P I also have a Skype...but it seems I am the Vice to your Versa. I never use it. ^^' I am also quite good at music. I am a pure beast at playing the Electric Triangle.
I like your new avatar as well. Growlie looks like she's about to lick the camera or something. =D

@general: Ah, what kind of job are you scouting for ? I too would rather not take more school, but the problem is, I have no idea what I want to do. Just getting my Associates of Arts until I figure stuff out, haha. >o< But yeah, in terms of school, I couldn't agree more. Always so little learning, and so much more daydreaming. x3 Bishop: Yeah, I used to come on MSN all the time about a year or so ago, but I somehow got myself transferred to Skype and never looked back all too much. ^^; I'm sure there are going to be other people outside of this forum who are going to get excited about me getting back on there. I can already foresee 10 new conversations popping up on me as I go on there, so... planning on doing homework /first/ before I jump on MSN and get sucked into many hours of chat and RP, which tends to happen a lot. Pretty solid strategy, if I do say so myself. XD Triangles are awesome. They're like cowbells - so underrated and yet so perfect in every way ! <--- This needs to be a real game... And thanks, actually whipped that up in 15 minutes just now cause I always have unnatural desires to change my avatars ALL THE TIME. XD (I wouldn't be surprised if she licked the camera o.o; xD). I also noticed your new sig the other day, as well - or at least, new since I last visited here. ^^; Really like the chess board and everything, very creative.

All right, so... let's just start by saying there is something that everybody must know about me to REALLY know about me, and that is: I destroy everything I touch. x3 Erm... honestly. In the last two weeks, I accidentally filled our car's gas tank with diesel (uhhh don't ask ), broke my sister's DS and nearly broke my iPod touch (well, the touch was OK, but I broke the pretty shiny case. Boooo). So yeah, that pretty much gives you an idea of my clumsy nature mixed with my tendency to have fairly bad luck. xD In the last year... I've been through about 6 or 7 different laptop adapters (or whatever the battery charging thing is called), and I got my newest one in late December. So, uh... by some great strike of terrible luck, my newest one... died on me as well. I have no idea how. It was working fine earlier today, and then later, it started flickering on and off. Then it just... stopped working altogether. My computer hates meeeee... ;w; So, long story short, I am... adapter-less, so to speak. Right now, I managed to steal my dad's laptop adapter which explains why I'm on here now. ^^; (he's asleep, kekeh...). So nooooow... not sure what I'm going to do. I mean, obviously I gotta buy a new one... need to delve back into my bank money to do so. @_@; Uh, that being said, I won't be able to access my laptop much unless I manage to steal adapters from my dad/sister. I'll still be able to come on my iTouch though (has Internet x3) and the family computer s'long as no one's on it. Just won't be hanging on Skype or... MSN, which I actually finally got back on again. Irrrrrrrrooooonnyyyyyyyy. So yeah, adapters hate me and that. Oh, and on a good note, I had a nice chicken alfredo meal tonight. So I guess that makes up for it. x3 Still won't be able to access any of my writing WIPs, cause they're all on here. 'Less I transfer them through my email to the other compy. Hmmmm... Anyway, not much else to say about the subject, I guess. Technology just hates me. Lots. >O Hopefully I can get this fixed soon. Again, will still be able to come on the forum and even this computer at times with other peoples's adapters. xP Will just not have my compy on all day long like I usually do, lul. That, plus I needed to vent about my hate for technology, specifically my laptop and its many chargers that continuously die. AND LOOK HOW MUCH I WROTE ON THE SUBJECT. x'D !! Oh yeah, just to leave on a happier note with a little slice of good news: been working on a bio for my Ginger character (not sure how many remember her x3) as well as revamping Growlie's a bit. With a couple tiny design changes - not much. :3 Hopefully I will see to getting that up this weekend, if not, this week or the next. ^_^; Also, watched a couple more episodes of the 101 series today. I must say I am coming to quite like the show even though it has no logic whatsoever (actually that's probably one of the reasons I like it even more, lol). Aaaaand yup. That's pretty much it. Woop woop ~

I call your Triangle Hero and raise you Oopsie. I broked it. *Whistles innocently* How can you go through so many chargers? I'm only onto my second...although, I think I need a new battery. ^^' Oh well, I hope you get a new charger soon, sounds like you have quite a bit to do. =P It's early morning so I can't think of anything else to say. x_- Bai bai.

Awww, How are you Adapters always breaking? =s Do you do something with them or put them in a place that breaks them? ^^;
I say, Best keep your Adapters in some of the safest locations possible, Maybe keep them away from Water as well. ;3
Still, I hope you will be able to find a Working one soon, Growlie. *Hugs* ^-^
Oooh, I wonder what, Ginger's Bio will be like! =3 Also, It's good to see you love the, "101 Dalmatians The Series" it is an Awesome Show and definately something worth it. *Hugs* X3
We got to talk more on, MSN when you're working again, eh? X3
Still, Like said, Hope you find a Adapter soon, Growlie. ^-^ Looking forward to hearing from you. *Hugs* X3

Hmhmhm... rant time, methinks. (please don't read it if you're allergic or afraid of long walls of text because I am not responsible for anybody's safety here). x3 Well, let's just start to say this: This week... was a rough week. A very rough week. This month is the last month of the semester for me college-wise, so there's a looooot of stuff Growlie had to do, and still has to. @_@; Last night I had myself staying up into late hours to complete a draft of my huge English essay... which may not be a huge thing for some, but for a person like me (who seems to have to work twenty times harder than the average person to focus on schoolwork xD) it's a living nightmare. And I'm not out of the park yet. But being finished with this week alone is a huge sigh of relief. There's so many mundane things I've been dying to do but haven't got much of a chance to in the last few days (guitar, writing projects, drawing projects, Nintendo DS, forum checkin', and just in general, relaxing). There is still homework and stuff I gotta do this weekend, as well as the things I WANT to do, so... you know, that kind of stuff never ends. :> I'll be coming on MSN this weekend though, possibly not today but perhaps tomorrow or late tonight after I've gotten a breather. XD So, what kind of marvelous adventures and exploits Growlxavier have to face this week? Well, since you're asking kindly... sure. I'll tell ya. ;D Monday... I woke up after the snowstorm the previous night to one heck of a crummy windshield. There is no room for my car, you see, in the garage with the others, so it sits out and must face the cruel weather that the others don't. So I had to go outside 40 minutes early... and scrape the 3 feet worth of snow off my car, and ice. Oh, did I mention - I had to do it with my hands elbows? Yeeeeeah. Because for some odd reason, my mother keeps the ice scraper in the Suburban even though it hardly ever needs an ice scrape from being in the garage. XD So, for 40 minutes, I scraped intensely at the ice on the windows as my next-door plant-obsessed neighbour fixed his tree that he's been trying to plant out front that was also smothered with snow. Awkwaaaaard. Why, you ask? Well, this is the same next-door neighbour of whom I had to water the plants of a couple weeks ago when he was gone for vacation. Despite following the directions as they were given, guess who ended up killing his tomato plants... ? o~o So yeah. No eye contact with the guy. 40 minutes of hardcore elbow scraping... and trying to heat the car, but to no avail. It reaches the time that I really should be heading off, so despite my back window STILL being full of ice I couldn't get off, I went off on my way. Not sure if it's illegal or not to drive without being able to see through your back car window. But I got through unharmed, that's all that matters. :> There was no way I was going to miss Music Theory, especially when we were going to learn about modulation. Tuesday... um... I went to school and did homework all afternoon. Nothing strikingly interesting to point out. Wednesday ! Um... same thing. Oh ! I did get to meet another girl that is also taking jazz guitar lessons under my instructor. And we're both gonna play a duet together for the recital thing at my school. She's nice, and she has the same model guitar as I do (only hers is Maplewood, and nicer... ;A; -envy- X3). And it was another one of those afternoons (of many) that my mother made me drive my sis the epic drive to her ice skating lesson. I used my 45 minutes of time at the ice rink to get my eighth gym badge on Pokemon White and eat that amazingly good snack... I don't even know what it's called, but I buy it at vending machines all the time - sort of like chex mix, only it's a million times better. X3 That was my moment of relaxation for the week ! Yesterdaaaaaay... (all my troubles seemed so... nearby. @_@) Because I had the enormous pressure of having an essay to complete by midnight ! We're talking +4 pages here. But even before that, I had a lovely visit to the doctor in the morning. Not sure who knows, but I've been having on and off stomach issues for about a year now, and I'm finally getting a script to see a gastroenterologist. xD Probably gonna have to get an upper GI or something, but I'm anxious to finally get an ACTUAL diagnosis so we can perhaps fix the issue. :> (For a long time, especially now, I have reason to believe it is an ulcer(s), which in that case, should be able to be fixed). In the doctor's office... TARZAN was playing! Yeah, I'm 19 and I still go to a pediatrician. It's cheaper. But anyway, as Phil Collin's singing voice floated into the room, I realised that I haven't seen that movie in AGES, so last night, at 3 in the morning after I got all my work done... I watched it. Whoooop, whoooop. x3 Anyway, if anyone actually read that rant, good on you. That was hardly any interesting information at all, but as you can see, I like to blow things out of proportion in attempts to give my life more adventure. Buahahaha. On the contrary, last week (Spring Break) was pretty awesome. Particularly Thursday. My family got to travel to Pikes Peak, and that was the closest we've been to a family vacation in years. Sometimes, going up into those places with lack of good oxygen is really the kind of stimulation I need. Exhilarating. Anyway, I think I chewed your ear off enough! As far as this forum goes, I still have two art requests, two characters I need to finish, as well as a couple fanfictions that I don't even know... I will /ever/ finish. xD Planning on revealing one of my characters that has been IP for quite a bit of time now, but I'd like to get a picture of him up too if possible... X3 AND THERE ENDS MY EXCITABLE JOURNEY. I apologise to anyone who wasted their time reading this. ^-^;

That was a long read, good to see you getting things off of your chest! I can relate quite a bit to some of the stuff you wrote here. I to have an english essay draft *GASP* to work on, I'm only halfway done though, and it has to be 750 words at least.. oi, and it's due monday so I'll get back to it this weekend. Where do you live Growlie? I'm surprised it's still snowing o.o Like you, my car doesn't get the luxury of staying in the garage so it freezes, and in winter I wake up an hour early to heat it up and etc...etc... thankfully I Got an ice scraper and brush.. thingy. It's cool you got to meet another person, I met a girl in my english class who also likes anime and horror games, hehe. Tarzan at 3AM, what are you THINKING gurl? WAT?! Art request.. you should do one for me D< *shot* lol jk. Congrats on beating the 8th gym, I just finished victory road. My advice.. buy TONS of super repels (at least 20) and hyper potions and revives. ... yeah.. XD *hug*
