In one scene in the original animated feature, the character of Tibbs inquires a pup if he and the others are the thirteen stolen puppies. The pup replies that they are all bought and paid for, with ninety-nine of them all together. The pup then indicates thirteen other dalmatians sitting in front of the television. This is where I'm confused. Wouldn't that mean that there are actually 114 dalmatians, including Perdy and Pongo. Someone please clear this up for me.

Errr....Actually, It's "Fifteen" Stolen Puppies. Not, Thirteen. ^^;
Yeah, Like, General says.
With the, Ninety Nine thing, I myself would say "Altogether", That would include the Eighty Four brought from the Pet Shops plus the, Fifteen Stolen Puppies. ;3 It is pretty logical when you put, Two & Two together. ;3
They even state in the Movie, There are "Eighty Four" Pups from the Pet Store. With, Fifteen Being, Pongo & Perdita's Pups. X3
You really think they would have called it, "101 Dalmatians" if there were 114 Dalmatians? o.O
Still, I hope this answers your query. ;3 What you, Pups have to say on the matter? X3
