Well I've had this idea for a long time, and Two Tone's thread recently inspired me to post it. I told Clayton here about it a while ago on IM, but now, I'll share with you :3
These plushies would come in the 101 Dalmatian the series style, but they are all completely white when you get them. And they come in 3 different body types/sizes.
The blank plushies would come with special markers (can pick either black or brown) and you would draw the spots and designs of your character onto the plush toy. There would also be options for collar colors and smaller accessories for the plushies.
Plush Size Options Skinny Average Chubby
Collar Colors -Red -Orange -Yellow -Green -Blue -Purple -Black
Collar Tag Material -Gold -Silver
Collar Tag Shapes -Circle -Diamond -Rectangle -Dogbone -Heart -Triangle
Accessories -Rope 'collar' (like Patch's) -Red bandanna -Small fake gold earrings -Fake silver necklace -Birthday hat -Ballcaps (different colors) -Beanies (different colors) -Red barret -Headbands (different colors)

Ooooh, I remember that idea, Nemo! =3 Yeah, Disney Store should have an Option where you can make your own Custom, Dalmatians! *Hugs* X3 I'd try that any day! =3
Of course, It comes in sizes as well. What size you want the Plushie. ;3
Like, One could be, Pocket Size, Other would be Normal Size and another LARGE size (with a Small, Clayton plushie coming with each one! Wink Wink. *Hugs* X3)
I can also imagine how much you stuff them, Like in, Teddy Bear Workshop. Where you can choose how Thin or Chubby is may be. *Hugs* X3
How you, Pups on my, Plushies size, Idea? =3
Looking forward to hearing more on this thread, Pups. *Hugs* X3

They are all the same size, just different 'weight classes' (skinny, normal, chubby).
But thanks ;3

Sounds cool. This is kinda like the Build-A-Bear Workshop, right? Although, seeing those options, it looks like it'll be quite hard to make Tippy.

I wasn't even thinking of Build a Bear at the time, but yeah it could be like that ^^ Thanks, Belchic!

Yeah, Like I say, Belchic. It does give the feeling of, Teddy Bear Workshop (I guess, Build A Bear is the same thing. ;3)
If you get a Big version and used to tools to colour the Ears & Tail, That can count as a way of making, Tippy, right, Belchic? *Hugs* X3
Say, I have an idea too. This was based on an Old CB Toy advert, I saw on an old VHS Tape, I have. ;3 What if, you wanted to change the Spots on the Plushie or fix something, You can put it in the Washer, making it clean and allowing you to make Spots again. =3
Although, What about, Ears? Some Pups have Black Ears & White Ears, Some even have special Markings on theirs (Like, Clayton, Hesso or Nemo. *Husg* X3)
What would you suggest for those items, Nemo?
Would the Gear also come with attachable Black Ear Coverings, with a White Tool, that’ll allow markings like that? ^-^ Maybe even, have as a Sellable option, attachable, Patch eyes, like, Kit, Hesso or Avenger? ;3
What you think of those ideas, Nemo? *Hugs* X3 Looking forward to hearing more in this, Pups. *Hugs* X3

Oh, I would love to have one of those plushies, too! That's such a cool idea! It's too bad Disney never thought of it.

@bab: The Build-A-Bear workshop IS the Teddy Bear workshop you were talking about! Also, I don't know about using the large Dalmatian, because Tippy isn't big and fat; she's tall and slim.

But what if some of the pups have white collars, like Abby or Spott or Spotty?
