I had a few story ideas in mind, bab, but I haven't fully developed plot outlines for them yet. I'm probably going to work with my friend on the stories and the illustrations and see where I go from here.
Though I do thank you for those encouraging words, even though you and some other people in this forum have had a history of nitpicking my fanfics from time to time, but as you can tell by my recent fanfics I wrote on DeviantArt, I have learned to improve from time to time.
Also, just to be clear, I am not trying to rip off Trey_Vore here. If I ever end up writing any books, and they get published, I'll let you guys know and share with you any details about them if you are interested.

Not accusing you of ripping off Trey.
I probably would suggest, when it comes to criticism, figure out how to separate the constructive criticism from the destructive criticism, if you get what I mean?
Looking forward to hearing what story premises you have in mind!

Guys, I have some bad news to tell you. I think I may have COVID. I took a home test today, and my results were positive. I went to take a PCR test just to be doubly sure. I haven't gotten the results for that yet, but if it turns out I have tested positive for COVID, I will have to quarantine for 10 days.

Oh Dear, that is super rough, Belchic! I am sorry to hear!
Yeah, it is likely best that you quarantine!
I trust you are Vaccinated, too!?

Yes, I am vaccinated. Though I heard that there is a new variant out as well as a new vaccine available. I'm starting to wonder if it's too late for me now.

I just got my test results back, and I have indeed tested positive for COVID. Bad news is I have to isolate the rest of the week. Good news is I get a week or so off of work.

Oh Dear, I am so sorry.
The good news, however, is that you are vaccinated, so that means it's not as bad as it could be.
Without the Vaccination, it would have been like dropping a house on you. With the Vaccination, it's more like a slap.
Best relax and get some rest as you recover, Eh?

From what I've been told, COVID is not much different from the common cold or the flu in terms of symptoms. Fortunately, I don't have any severe medical conditions that could make it harder for my body to fight, and yes I am vaccinated with a booster, so that's another plus. Just as long as I don't get a fever, have difficulty breathing, or lose my sense of taste or smell, I should recover from it by the end of the week; I may have it a little longer, but highly unlikely.

Dang that really sucks Belchic, Hope you do recover soon! Yeah you got that right on COVID not being much different from the flu or common cold. I had COVID a couple of years ago back when the world was closed from the pandemic in October of 2020. I actually lost my sense of smell and ended up quarantined for 2 weeks from work. I believe it or not actually got COVID after one of my allergic lactose intolerancy issues within a week and after that, that's when I realized my sense of smell was suddenly gone and thus that was when I realized I had COVID. Do keep us posted on what comes about.

It is not “Just a Cold”, far from it! While the vaccine has greatly reduced its affect, it shouldn’t be downplayed, since not everyone has got the Vaccine yet!
Those I know who have had it can confirm it is not a pleasant experience. Hacking up all day, heavy fatigue, no sense of smell or taste, and that is for those who have been vaccinated. Without it, your lungs get filled with mucus! There is a reason why one needs to quarantine!
As I have posted; It is not as bad as it could be, thanks to taking the vaccine, as well as how younger people tend to have stronger immune systems.
It is the difference between having a house dropped on you without the vaccine, as opposed to the slap it is with the vaccine. You see what I mean!?

Eh, I've had COVID twice and never been vaccinated. The first time was miserable. I coughed so hard that I puked, twice. The second time was little more than a cold because I had some immunity after the first time. In reality, covid is not just a cold, but it's also not THAT bad for healthy non elderly people. Belchic will be fine.

Like I mentioned, Younger people tend to have stronger immune systems. As you said though, not a pleasant experience either, and that's not taking into account people who are immunocompromised, either. So, for the best that Belchic self-isolate.
Though, look at this this way, Belchic; at least, you got it now, as opposed to the week of the D23 Expo, Eh? Isn't that Late-August or Early-September, Belchic?
You planning on attending that, Belchic?

Well, you guys will be happy to know that I have been gradually feeling better as the days went by. And yes, I have been isolating and worked things out with my work about it. The only real symptoms I've had were a sore throat, nasal congestion and coughing. On the first day of the symptoms, I also felt tired, weak, dizzy and had occasional headaches, but those all went away by the next day. I haven't gotten any fevers, or shortness of breath, or lost any of my senses. The fact that I've been improving is definitely a good sign.
And yes, you are right, bab. I was actually just talking with my dad about D23 the other day, and it sure is a good thing I caught COVID now and not the weekend I'm supposed to go to that! Not to mention, I'm also planning a trip to Disney World this coming March, and considering I got COVID now, it's highly unlikely that I'll catch it again before then.
