I've only seen Disney movies pop up on Disney-owned Networks such as ABC, Disney Channel, Toon Disney, and Disney XD. Although, today was an exception: Cartoon Network played Who Framed Roger Rabbit today.
I don't see how the Hub can possibly be a rival station for Disney. What are they competing for? I know CN has been trying to compete with Disney, which is why they've gotten rid of a lot of their good shows in favor of live-action shows.

They compete for kids' ratings... although the Hub knows they can't compete directly in that area and try fgor more family programming (the movies, the live-action reruns of popular shows, the game shows, FiM's jokes aimed at grownups, etc.)

I'd have to say, the Hub is indeed a good station. Let's just hope it stays that way and doesn't go downhill the same way Disney, CN and Nick did.
