Hey, guys. I have some good news and bad news. I have recently obtained the installers for 101 Dalmatians Escape From Devil Manor. And the bad news? Well, when I try to install it on my pc which runs on win 7 pro 64-bit, it gives me an error. D*mn, I almost had it! I've been trying to make it work, used some DOS emulators, virtualization software but to no avail. I tried to run it on xp mode but it only plays the sound. Ahhhhh... I'm currently researching for more info on how to work around this compatibility issue... wish me luck guys. And oh, I'm also searching for 101 Dalmatians Animated Storybook but I can't find it... if anyone of you guys has a copy or knows a download link, pls. inform me right away. Ah, Yeah! For some reason, the newer computers are acting like the Ignorant Young Groups and feel that since a Game is Old, it's not going to work on them.
It is unfair and I've been trying to find a way to play "Escape From Devil Manor" on my Laptop for Months now. =s
Closest I got to an Answer is a DOSBox Emulator. Heard of those?

yeah, heard of it. And I've read numerous articles but to no avail... (See pic) Anyways, I'm trying to install a virtual OS that is compatible with the game. Like Win98 for instance... and well, I think it will work... I hope. =P I'll inform you if it does... Attachments:

I own Animated Storybook- rather, my grandmother does, but we've still got it It's a really fun game. I also own the 102 Dalmatians: Puppies To The Rescue game (though it won't play properly on my laptop) and I have something along the lines of a design maker- you can choose something to make, like a bookmark or placemat or something, and put all kinds of Dalamtian pictures all over it. It's actually quite fun.

^ That must be 101 Dalmatians Print Center (Or something like that). My local BJ's still carries it. So it's one of the few Dalmatians games I don't own. But if I did get it, I doubt it would work on my laptop. (I did have a print center game similar to it, though mine was a KaBlam! game we got when we got our first computer years ago, but it didn't even work. I think I might've had a Barbie one when I was little, too, but I didn't really use it) My copy of 101 Dalmatians: Escape from DeVil Manor doesn't play on my laptop, unfortunatly . And it was one of my favorites, too. The backgrounds are really nice looking in the game, and I liked the music and voice acting. I think any Disney Interactive computer game made before 1998 (Since my Lion King II games still work) aren't compatible with my laptop, since my copy of Nightmare Ned won't work, either. 102 Dalmatians: Puppies to the Rescue plays pretty well, and it's another one of my favorites. And with that working, 102 Dalmatians Activity Center still works, but I don't really use it; I just keep it in case we have a younger relative or son/daughter of one of my parents' friends comes over.

Oh Dear. =s Maybe that's more about the Game you got, instead of the OS.
What OS do you use to make it work, anyway? Is it safe? Can you order a copy of the game, online?

well, like I said, I managed to make the game work... but the problem is it's in russian...
I used win98. And yes, it's perfectly safe. Ummmm, no... I don't have paypal or a credit card so I have to rule out that option.

Hmm, Win98 Virtual OS? Hmm, I'll see if I can get that too. =3
What about your parents? They have a Paypal? You can ask them to buy it and then you pay them back with your money, that's what I do when I get some stuff online.
Do they?

So I know this is a really old thread, but I can help with this! Escape From Devil Manor: GO HERE collectionchamber.blogspot.co.uk/p/blog-page_24.html . This guy has it all figured out. His download is safe and the game started right up for me on my Windows 10 desktop PC! He also has several other Disney games, included the Dalmatians Animated Storybook. I swear, if it wasn't for this guy, the game STILL wouldn't work for me. I would be able to install it, but the game would never run. Plus, I'd never get past the Cruella sound test. BLEEHH. Now, as for the other dalmatians games and modern PCs - the Animated Storybook booted right up for me on Windows 10 with no special tweaking. So did the activity center and Puppies to the Rescue. In fact, that one works wonderfully. So far the only one I can't get running yet is the print studio.

Collection Chamber is REALLY good, when it comes to playing the Disney Activty Center Games!
I remember, before the Collection Chamber, I was able to get; "Escape From Devil Manor" playing, I think by using Compatibilit Mde, but that did cause the Game to rn at Quater of the Speed. So, it's good that Collection Chamber allws us to play the Game, at the correct Speed.
With me, I am trying to find how to get the; "102 Dalmatians" Activity Center working, which I assume the Print Studio is part of, too. I wonder, if it possible to make reques, on the Collection Chamber Page?

I just looked around on the guy's page, and he says he does consider suggestions. No guarantees of course that he can get a particular game to work, and time is a factor too, but it definitely wouldn't hurt to suggest it!
Actually, 102 Dalmatians Activity Center is much different than the Print Studio. The Activity Center is a collection of a few mini games and a coloring section. The Print Studio lets you print out certificates, calendars, posters, coloring pages, etc etc.
What kind of PC are you trying to get the game working on, if I may ask?
