It’s been no secret I’ve always intended for Epsilon and his team of Greek-letter named friends to come back and menace the pups again. He’s a villain liked by a lot of the board and it only makes sense his popularity would lead to him getting a round 3 against our spotted heroes. One thing I can’t decide though is where he should attack and that’s where I’d like to test the waters and see what people are interested in. The options… <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Grutley- The main setting for the show is the oblivious choice. But Epsilon knows those ‘jerks’ who always ruin his plan are there and it seems odd he’d go back there. Still familiarity is good, it has the most show like feel and there are still a few shockers to pull. Topstown- Similar reason as above but more urban and still a location from the show. The others are more global but while interesting I'm wondering if that doesn't copy London Calling too much… Chicago- I love Chi-town and it makes a great setting for big adventures (Blues Brothers, The Fugitive, Due South). Lots of fun monuments and more varied terrain than you’d expect. I just think it’d be fun.
New York City- Kinda obvious but a fun choice. Does an epic battle on top the Statue of Liberty ever get old?
Washington D.C.- The debatably most powerful city on Earth would make sense for trying to rise the stakes after doing London in the last story. Plus where but the National Mall could you have enough space for a huge fight.
Los Angeles- Hello Hollywood! The Dearlys go to LA to cut a movie deal about their lives and all the meta action that entails where natch the pups find themselves in a battle for the fate of the world with lots of pyrotechnics and over-the-top California flavor. Given LA’s surprisingly common tendency to get destroyed in movies this one might end on a really dark note for everyone from Anaheim to Malibu, you have been forewarned.
Australia- We go to the Land Down Under where they have to deal with Epsilon’s attempt to plunder. Grab a Vegemite sandwich and you’d better run, better take cover. In all seriousness there’s the whole recurring ‘Third Movie goes to Asia’ thing and I don’t think I could pull off anywhere else over there. Might be fun and Australia in general rocks. Plus there’s always a car chase in these things and I’d love to do a Ford vs. Holden one…maybe with a ute thrown in for good measure.
Toronto- Why not, eh? Great Britain’s out, it’s been done. Thought about Tokyo or Oslo but I don’t speak the language for either which makes incidental things seem out of place in English. I don’t know if the Epsilpn 3 fic will even be my next one yet (thinking about doing ‘The Cold War’ hockey one which wouldn’t be sci-fi and might appeal more first) but I’m just testing the water.

Why didn't that post?

I'd either go for DC, LA, or Australia. With LA, the pups wudn't exactly know which technical difficulties or prop problems were accidental or on purpose. Who knows, perhaps Epsilon could disguise himself as a director. >=3 With DC, it is the capital of the nation and if Epsilon takes over America, he has control of the world, since if I'm not mistaken, we have nuclear weapons, and one of the most powerful armed forces in the world. But, your choice, Race.

I'd pick Australia. That's the most unique of those choices.

I've been thinking after seeing this post and I'd have to say either New York or Austrailia, New York cause I grew up watching shows and movies based around New York (Marvel and TMNT for Example) For Austrailia, Crocodile Dundee anyone? The movie and my Aunt are the only ones I know about Austrailia cause the Actor and my Aunt are from Austrailia.

Hmm, Australia seems unique out of the lot, however what on Earth can the reason for the Dearly's going there? ^^; You and I have got that Co-Op Fic, we need to try somewhen too, Race. Possibly Chicago, since I recall doing a pic of Epsilon in Chicago too, remember? ;3 Although, if he can hypnotise, he could try going for the First Dog, can't he? B3 Or maybe since New York, since that probably be a good place to start that special communication device of his up. Dang, so many good choices, eh? ^^;

We should let Race decide, that way, this doesn't become a debate/argument.

It's not a debate, I'm just testing the waters to see what the people who would read this fic want. Get some input, same as focus testing a movie. No worries mate.
