"Working K-9 to 5":
In the mall scene, Spotty plays a part in the team effort. He makes his move in between Strudel's and Niblet's.
After the rockets go off on the bike, Spotty asks Strudel what else she didn't tell them about what she did to the bike.
After Lucky says he has a much better low-tech plan to get close to the girl, Spotty at first says, "I like where this is going!" Then when it cuts to them in their disguises, he groans and says, "Never mind what I just said!"
Also, while the dogs are in their disguises, Spotty makes this weird look at Cookie wondering why she's wearing a beard, but he just says nothing and shrugs it off.
One of the senior quotes Spotty says is, "I need my back pills!" (I was just thinking Colin Mocherie would do great at that part!)
---
Something weird I've noticed: Netflix seems to have all the Season 3 episodes all out of order. "Lucky Has to Move" isn't even the last episode! How can that be?

In "Cuddle Up Buttercup", Spotty goes with Cookie, Squirt and Niblet to the toy store. When Squirt questions how they're going to get in, Spotty thinks this would have been a perfect disguise opportunity and regrets them not taking any with them.
Spotty also poses as a toy. A kid squeezes his tail, and he says, "Schmatz!" and other weird nonsensable words.

As I said before, Spotty will not be in "The Pups Who Loved Me". The reason he and Cookie are absent is because they're off on another mission elsewhere.
After watching this episode a second time, I suppose it's a good thing Cookie wasn't in it. She probably would have shown genuine interest in Bondo and flirted with him causing only more conflict with Lucky. Wouldn't you say?

In "Fright at the Museum", Spotty goes missing along with Lucky, Cookie and Strudel. When Squirt and Niblet reunite with them, we don't see Spotty at first, but before they try to leave, Lucky and Cookie start to wonder where Spotty is. Suddenly, they hear a loud meow followed by an evil laugh as a giant cat shadow appears. The dogs all freak out and jump on top of each other, then we see a flash. It turns out it was Spotty playing a joke on them. He laughs and says, "Gotcha!" It turns out he also took a picture of the dogs when they freaked out and said, "That's one for the scrapbook!"

In "Puddles, the Problem Pup"...
At the beginning, Spotty witnesses all the chaos Olaf goes through, and he wonders why McLeish doesn't have any other employees.
After Strudel hypnotizes Puddles, Spotty asks, "Why is it always a chicken?" (That's something I've noticed in every single cartoon where someone tries to hypnotize someone into thinking they're something else, it's ALWAYS a chicken!)
This is sort of off-topic, but after re-watching this episode, I stand corrected about what I said about the dogs' owners. We do see Strudel's owner in this episode. I guess Niblet is the only one's owners we haven't seen.

Since "Elementary, My Dear Pups" is a very Pound-Puppy-light episode, Spotty's role will be no bigger than the other main five in this episode.

Moving on to "Hot Dawgs!"
In the intro scene, Spotty jumps onto Cookie and tried to get her to piggyback him, but she just yells, "Get off me!" and bucks him off.
When the boys are first introduced to Antinio, Spotty makes a retort wondering if they need another Chihuaua in the shelter.
When Cookie and Strudel vamoose from the team, Spotty says, "There go our brains and brawn!"
During the last third of the episode, Spotty is out of commission for the most part. When the dogs return to their shelter, they notice that Spotty has packed his bags and is leaving the shelter, but Lucky convinces him to stay by proving that Cookie and Strudel are back and are staying and are back to normal. Spotty happily jumps onto Cookie's back, and Cookue just smiles at Spotty but then tells him not to press his luck.
After Lucky, Niblet and Squirt belch, Spotty tries to top that by letting out a fart.

"I'm Ready For My Close Pup":
When Lucky and Cookie take the SSPC to the studio, Spotty goes along with them.
When Strudel introduced her new machine and explains what it does, Spotty makes a remark: "I think I saw a comic about something like this once. It had a little boy with a pet tiger or something." (See if anyone can guess the reference being made there!)

"When Niblet Met Giblet":
Spotty doesn't play a big role in this episode. He's only in the scenes where all the other main 5 are.
He does not go with Lucky and Cookie to follow Niblet. Lucky asks him, Squirt and Strudel to stay at the pound. After he does, Spotty asks: "Does he have a problem with dogs whose names begin with S?"

Alright! Here we go! "The Watchdogs!"
Spotty does play a part in the accidental act the Pound Puppies pull off.
In Strudel's little daydream promo, Spotty is introduced in between Niblet and Cookie, and his superhero name is Stealth Leopard.
Spotty is with Lucky when he points out to Strudel that she hadn't fixed the FKD, and her's and Niblet's superhero suits are hanging up. Spotty asks, "Hey! How come the rest of us don't have super suits?" and Lucky elbows him.
At the end of the episode, Spotty brings up the again that he was disappointed that he and the other three didn't get super suits. Strudel promised she'd make them, and they'd be the Watchdogs by night. Spotty follows that with, "I'm gonna start a comic book series about us!"

"Hello Kitten" is Pound-Puppy-light episode, so Spotty's role in this episode is no bigger than the other five.
By the way: I figured out the Kennell Kittens are indeed voiced by the same VAs as their Pound Puppy counterparts.
So now...Huh boy..."Hail to the Chief" is next, so I hope you guys are ready!

Okay, here's "Hail to the Chief". This one has some major differences:
In this version, Cookie and Squirt actually come along on the mission...as well as Spotty, of course. Instead of Lucky saying they're staying behind to keep an eye on things, they arrive late.
In the dogs' first attempt to sneak into the White House, the other three will have their own disguise with Squirt on top, Spotty in the middle, and Cookie on the bottom.
Spotty says both his catchphrases in this episode: "This won't end well." and "Remind me again why he's on the team."
When the dogs get into the grounds, after Strudel goes after Chief and Ping follows, Lucky proposes the rest of the team splits up. He takes Niblet while Cookie, Spotty and Squirt go their own way.
Spotty has this running gag in the episode where he thinks he can solve every problem with a spoon. For example: "I got it! We'll tunnel our way in...WITH A SPOOOOOOON!"
At the end of the episode, the Pound Puppies decide to do a little celebration, and it goes like this: Lucky: Let's go get some pudding. Niblet: Oh boy! Pudding! Spotty: We deserve a break. Let's eat pudding WITH A SPOOOOOOON! Cookie: For once, I actually agree with ya. Squirt: Me too.

I can't say much about "Once a Ralph, Always a Ralph", but Spotty will do a lot as well as Polka.
One thing in particular: when the Pound Puppies first discover the Kennell Kittens spying on them, Spotty will say: "Snooping as usual, I see!" (And no, this is not a rip-off! It's a shout-out!)
I'm surprised how long it's taking me to get through this show, but I am halfway through the third season.

"Beauty is Only Fur Deep"
When Champ is first shown in the coat Squirt made for him, Spotty says alongside Cookie, "I think he looked better naked."
Spotty goes to the mall with Lucky, Cookie and Niblet, and he goes with Niblet when the group splits up.

"All Bark and All Lite"
During the scenes where Tony and Bart harass Patches, Spotty spies on them.
Spotty is the one who confronts Lucky that he saw Patches getting harassed.
When Cookie questions penguins in Alaska, Spotty assumed that they failed in geography.
When the dogs arrive with the fake bull, Spotty assumes the mission is a bust.
When Strudel wonders how Niblet became a Pound Puppy, Spotty responds saying that he's wondered that himself.
When Cookie goes in after the girls, Spotty follows.
At the end, Spotty tells Patches that he did a great job and that it wasn't his fault. It's his way of sticking up to his cousin.
