Surely many or all of you have heard of any of the following: -Seth MacFarlane -Ted -Family Guy Well, if you have any heard of any of these, they all regard to the first mentioning, Seth MacFarlane, (who, as I learned from watching AniMat's Hanna-Barbera lookback, actually worked on some CartoonNetwork cartoons around a decade ago, like Johnny Bravo I believe), who is coming out with a comedic western film. Yes, it's ridiculous, yes it has a lot of innuendos and other immature stuff, and, like the Scary Movie franchise is to horror, it's a farce on the Wild West or least the classic Western films, (though at times it does make the satires rather plausible, such as maybe the cubed ice piece in the following trailer.
The film comes out about May 30th of this year, (two days from my b-day), and I hope to see it. Not just because I do enjoy some of Seth's work, including the humor in this, but also because I just love the wild West, (though I do admit, I haven't seen many classic Western films unless you count Blazing Saddles at least.)

Wait...They actually use the F Word in the Trailer!? When does this trailer air!?
The part of the trailer that made me laugh was when Camera exploding, as that actually does look like a joke that has some basis. Although, I am fearing this film will be nothing but Swearing and Smex Jokes for humour.
Also, isn't a Farce suppose to be when the Smex jokes are more subtle? Like the Older British Sitcoms or Carry On Films?
Ever seen Blazing Saddles?

I guess it's more of a spoof/satire than a farce then. (I honestly don't really know the diff between a farce, a spoof, and a satire. ^^; ). I guess in that manner, Monty Python would be a farce, right? ^^;
I saw parts of Blazing Saddles

Also, as for the use of the F word, keep in mind this is a SETH MACFARLANE film we're talking about, (and that's modern Seth MacFarlane, as in Ted, Family Guy, and the like none of that classic CartoonNetwork completely family-friendly humor), so it shouldn't be a surprise.

Saying the F word in the film itself, but the fact they say it twice or so in the Trailer! I don't think I've seen a Trailer say that before, Have you?

Hmmmm......good point. I mean the closest films I've heard cursory being used in the trailer is either "Harold & Kumar's White Christmas", "Ted", or, obviously, the Kick-Ass films.
