Okay I got it! Here we go with:
AniMat's Top 4 Best and Worst Animated Films of 2015
Top 4 Best
#4: Shaun the Sheep #3: The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water #2: The Peanuts Movie #1: Inside Out
Honorable Mention
The Good Dinosaur
Top 4 Worst
#4: Minions #3: Home #2: Hotel Transylvania 2 #1: Strange Magic
And here's his thoughts on the upcoming animated films of 2016:
Norm of the North - HELL NO! Anomalisa - With all the award buzz, I'd be down for this. Kung Fu Panda 3 - Hell yeah! Zootopia - Might get a good laugh. The Little Prince - Really curious about this. Ratchet and Clank - I never played the game so we'll see? The Angry Birds Movie - Strangely optimistic about this. Finding Dory - A sequel to THAT? Uh, okay. The Secret Life of Pets - Should be cute. Ice Age: Collision Course - WHY WON'T YOU DIE?! Sausage Party - About time we got something adult. Kubo and the Two Strings - I want to see what Travis has in store! Storks - Might sound interesting actually. Trolls - Uh, DreamWorks? What the fridge are you doing? Moana - Possible classic in the making. Sing - Hey look, another Cats Don't Dance!

Since there were not a lot of animated films in 2015, I'm going to predict the Academy Awards will only have three nominations for Best Animated Feature. Based on the reception they got, I'm going to assume the nominees will be: The Good Dinosaur Inside Out Minions I know it seems kind of cheap to put both Pixar films on there, but I think they're both worthy, and none of the other animated films really got a lot of reputation other than those that I listed. I guess the Peanuts movie kind of did, so if anything, since Good Dinosaur was such a box office failure, the academy will probably knock that one off in favor of either Peanuts or some foreign film that I've never heard of. Either way, I think Inside Out should definitely win!

I also had my doubts The Peanuts Movie would be nominated as it was a very mindful adaptation but that is not to say that a movie about the Peanuts gang would be mind-blowing.
Anyway, the nominees are:
Anomalisa Boy and the World Inside Out Shaun the Sheep Movie When Marnie was There
Boy and the World is from Brazil, Shaun the Sheep Movie from England and When Marnie was There is a Japanese anime.

I doubt you guys were in any doubt, but the winner of the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature of 2015 is Pixar's Inside Out.
So no matter how much AniMat liked Anomalisa (and he doubted it would win) Pixar won yet again.

I'm not surprised Inside Out won. The other nominees didn't have a chance against it, especially considering the rest were all foreign films that most people outside of the US never heard of. Besides, Inside Out was also nominated for Best Original Screenplay (which it didn't win, btw).
