Well, I found out this movie is getting made for real. . It's coming out next year, in fact. That's the bad news. The good news that I found out is...Jim Cummings, Tress MacNielle and Corey Burton will all be reprising their respective roles from the TV show!

I've got to agree with Luna on this Belchic, it doesn't seem you want it to come back, I admit that the Alvin and the Chipmunks Films did do poorly, but I do have an idea on why, but for Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers, if they do make the characters like they were in the cartoon, then I see no problem in the film, I say wait for the film to come out before you judge it, Belchic, cause you say it's going to be bad now, but what if it turned out to be a good film? Think about that for a minute.

Lucky's right. It should be something to celebrate, not something to think negatively about.

Shawn does have a point on checking the film, before we judge it, Belchic.
I mean, you are cautious on Big Hero Six, before seeing it, and yt you claim to like the Film, Correct?
And, since it's Disney, they do have the voices of the show back, and they do think on what they make, than who may have the Alvin Films, You Know? ;3 You think they may have the Music, in the Film too?

Obviously, none of you have read my post carefully enough. I am NOT bashing this 100%. I did counter with something positive to say about it, didn't I?
Also, I'm only fearing this reboot of the show is going to have the same problems those Alvin and the Chipmunks movies had: modernization, lack of recognizable characters, and the animals looking too realistic.
Speaking of Alvin and the Chipmunks, this is off-topic, but I heard a fourth movie in the series is getting released.
Also, celebrate, you say? I would be more likely to celebrate over the return of 101 Dalmatians than Rescue Rangers.

I liked Rescue Rangers, I used to watch it all the time as a kid. Kind of nice that they decided to make a movie about it.

But you implied that you weren't happy about the idea in the first place. It's best if you don't worry and look on the positive side of things. Worrying and being fearful won't do you any good.

@luna That's how I took it, Luna. Belchic I still have to agree with Luna, and don't say. "You haven't read my post very carefully." Because I have, I still think you're judging the film too quickly, I don't care about the CGI realistic look, cause if you remember the Rescue Rangers had the same look, Alvin and the Chipmunks, in the cartoons Alvin and his brothers looked like kids, they would fit in with the class, but in the movies, they did look like Chipmunks, you see where I'm going with this? Now if they make Chip and Dale along with their fellow rescue Rangers as human size, I can understand that, but like I said Belchic, Images, Trailers (NO FAKES!) and even teasers haven't been out and you're still judging it, Bab's right, you did judge Big Hero Six before seeing it, look at me, The films already out on Blu-Ray and DVD's, and I'm still not judging it cause I haven't seen it. I dare you to find at least one flaw in the film before it comes out, cause you seem to be good at that.

The hard truth is this movie was supposed to be released probably in the early 90s, likely after DuckTales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp but that movie's failure led to this movie being canceled. I also think I read on TV Tropes that they may have wanted to do a Darkwing Duck movie as well.
In any case time has been hyper sweet to the 80s and it's nice to see this movie finally being realized. I also heard that we are getting to see a welcome return of other 80s icons as well: the French are bringing back Inspector Gadget while the British are letting us see a return of Danger Mouse!
Did they say anything about Peter Cullen coming back to be Monterey Jack? Or is he under contract with Hasbro?
Hey maybe we will get a new stylized version of the series' long intro!

I also hear some area, the show ws intnded to be a Rescuers Show, but they gt Chip N' Dale for it, I guess cause of the feedbck that Dwn Undr gets, Maybe?
It can' find word on Petr, Trey, but there is word that he may be voice by Jim Cummings. Think he may work, Trey? ;3

No objections towards Jim Cummings, he's pretty talented.

Yeah, according to imdb, Jim Cummings will be voicing Monterey Jack as well as Fat Cat. As for Darkwing Duck, I don't remember hearing that, but since Christine Cavanaugh is dead, that's not going to happen now.

The Voice for Cummings though claims it's a Rumour though, Doesn' it, Belchic?
Also, The factor of Voices is that...You're able to get more than one voice... Like Lucky in; "101 Dalmatians The Series"?
Who you think may work for Christine Cavanaugh's role, May I ask?
