Hey Pups! ;3
Here we have a Discussion page, about the Three Legged, and Athletic Dalmatian: Tri-Pod! ;3
Something, I notice on Tri-Pod is, depending how you view the Airing Order (as the Episodes were aired out of order, apparently), it does have some Character Development, in the Episodes of "101 Dalmatians The Series".
You have him acting arogant, in "An Officer And Gentledog", but as more Episodes happen, he seems to warm up to the Dalmatians more.
Though, A Question, I am wondering is...
How do you think, he has only three legs?
Was he in some kind of accident, before the Dearly's adopted him, or was it some kind of Birth Defect?
What do you think, Pups? ;3

I think it's a birth defect. I think when Tripod was born, the vet had to amputate one of his legs as if he kept it, he would face many problems. I don't think he would be high in the Bark Brigade ranks if he hadn't have his bad leg removed.

Just for future reference, babclayman: Tripod's name does not have a dash in it.

There's another thread about Tripod that was created here. Here's the link to it: sparkydearly.proboards.com/thread/2616/tripodAbout Tripod, I myself think the fact that he has three legs instead of four is a birth defect. Also, I did say at a couple of points during my first year here that Tripod is my most favorite character of the series. Even with only three legs, he does look handsome and has worked really hard to get to where he is.

I swear, I have seen it, spelt with a Dash. Either that, or I think if it applies to Two-Tone, it applies to Tri-Pod, like a Number and then a Vrb.
Though, do you have any thoughts, in particular, on Tri-Pod, Belchic?
I think some have, for humour, claim that, Tri-Pod's leg was a Farm Accident, but that raises the point of, he would have his Tri-Pod name, before being one of the Dearly Dalmatians. So, considering he would need to have Three Legs, before being named, it is likely that it's a Birth Defect, with Tri-Pod.
His voice is the same one, who voices King Bob, in Reccess, isn' it, Pups? ;3
