@scribbles Ah, okay, yeah, that's my artistic skill level alright. =3
Yep, I made one back at school, and another a year ago.
I still have the VHS Tape of Wishbone that tells the tale of Tom Sawyer.
True, but you will find some of my stories here on Sparky's, but for August's Origin, you'll have to click on the link, be sure to check out the Parents Guide before you click on it, I'll be updating that with every new chapter I post up on Fanfiction.Net

You mean I'm not alone in my commitment issues?
Uhhhh I mean...
...Bad joke, sorry. XD
Anyway! Okay, good to know. =)
Woot for being novices!
Ohhh, very cool! I bet it must have been neat to see how much you'd improved between the original picture and the newer one. =)
Ahhhh, I remember that episode! ...I think that's the one that gave me nightmares as a kid. XD I bet it isn't even all that scary. If I went back and watched it now, I'd probably laugh at my younger self for getting freaked out by it. Ooooh, do you remember the Halloween episode with The Legend of Sleepy Hollow? That one was my favorite as a kid. =)
Oh? I might need to make time to check that out. =) And nothing wrong with a story being a little grim, heh. X3 That never bothered me.

Yay!
Yep, it is pretty cool.
It didn't scare me as much as it kept keeping me in suspense not knowing what was going to happen next since it kept going from part 1 to another episode that isn't connected to part 1, so I thought, the heck with this and bought the VHS Tape when I saw it, I can't say that I have seen the "Sleepy Hallow" Episode since I didn't really get home in time to watch the Wishbone Episodes unless my dad picked me up from School, I'm sure I'll see it soon since it will be on YouTube.
You're not alone when it comes to things scaring you as a kid but you get older, you watch that scene again and think. Why did that scare me as a kid? That scene isn't scary at all.
Well, that's true, but just like my headcanon, August's Origin is rated M or R, however you would see it as a very dark and gritty film or game

Heh, for me, I think the part that scared me was when Joe, Sam, and David were exploring the old graveyard, and there was a legend about the caretaker that said his face was so scary, that if you saw him, you'd die and get pulled into one of the graves??? I might be misremembering some of the details, haha. But it was something like that. That's so lame that the network didn't think to air the two-part episode in order, though. D: I remember the "Sleepy Hallow" episode being pretty fun if you ever get the chance to check it out. :3 Yeah, I think it's that way for a lot of people. Something that was scary when you were little doesn't seem scary at all when you look back on it years later. Heh, no worries, after looking over the parents' guide you included with the story, I don't think it would get to me. It's good that you mentioned that stuff though, just in case! You are? Ah, thank you so much! I really appreciate it! =D Heh, well, it's not really all that much, but here's a ten-minute doodle I did just so you guys can get a sense of what my art is like. It's not very good, though. XD Very rough, and I definitely need to brush up on my canine anatomy!

Not bad, for a Doodle there, Scribbles! ;3 Eyes are a bit dodgey, but as you claim, a Doodle.
Nice work there! ;3 Looking forward to seeing more from you!
I am also working on an Image of; Lil' Lightning, I think you'll like too, Eh? ;3

Ahhhh, eyes will always be my downfall. XD It's so hard to get them the right shape and make them look consistent with each other. But thanks, I'm glad you like it for what it is. ^^ I want to see if I can make time to sit down and do some anatomy studies each day, see if that helps me improve.
Oooh, Lil' Lightning? =D I'd love to see! You'll have to let me know when it's done. ^^

Oh, hey. Nice drawing. Yeah. The eyes are a little weird. One looks like you need to let the glue dry a bit more before you let it go. =P (It's kind of sliding off the face. =P) I would just cheat and copy and paste one of them but that's me. Not bad though. I can tell that you're probably quite good when you've taken time to clean stuff up.

Dang, I knew I should have stapled that puppy's eye to its head instead of using glue. =P
...Anyway. XD Thanks for the critique! Keeping a character's eyes consistent has always been tricky for me, especially when they're at two different angles. I should probably try the copy and paste technique, at least until I get comfortable with drawing eyes. I could definitely see it working well if I were drawing from a front view.
Heh, well thanks. c: I hope that's true. I just... have the messiest sketches. X'D

Thanks, babclayman! =D Ahhh, honestly, the biggest reason I poofed for a while was because of work. Summer Reading Club is in full swing at the library, and our numbers have pretty much exploded! And on top of that, we're in the process of hiring more staff and I've had to??? Interview people? And call references and stuff? My brain still does not compute. XD I feel like I'm still too young to have that kind of authority! But yeah, it's been so busy I haven't had the time to do much else. Hopefully that will change soon! Oh, as for characters, I had the concept of two pups who work together on a newspaper for the farm. ^^ I thought that might be a fun idea for RP's and stuff because they could try and recruit other characters to help with the newspaper. :3 I should have the first bio up in just a few.
