Here is why I did it: We have a topic for the Disney Animated Classics, and we have one for the Pixar films. However, people have been using the former to talk about all the live action remakes. So from now on, if you want to talk about them or any other live action Disney film (past or upcoming), please do so here.
So with that in mind, I think I heard Disney announce recently that the next live action remake they have lined up is Mulan.

On FACEBOOK, bear in mind I've heard supposedly Disney has more remake ideas for their animated films including A Genie one.
The way I see it, I'm not that hyped for any of them, and B....Disney's run out of ideas clearly...except maybe in the Star Wars and Marvel territories.

I don' think it's a factor of Ideas, Lupus. There are so many ways, which one can tell a Story, and one can see that the; "Live Action" "101 Dalmatians", Jungle Book & even Malificnt Film have notable differnces in Stories to what they are like in the; "Animated" Film.
I also think, part of the reason that they are making the; "Live Action" telling is so to fll in any Plt Hles, which one may ask about the; "Animated" one; case in point being how they do nt directl refer to the Prince age, in the "Live Action" Beauty & The Beast, and they also give more Back Story to those in the Film.
But, we also need to make a note of how; No One is taking the "Animated" Films from you! They are there and you can wtch them!
I am intrigue to see what other "Live Action" Disney Films shall be like, though; Disney shall make sure that the Films are good too, considering they gve the "Live Action" Jungle Book an extr year to work on, too. I hear we shall get a; "Live Action" Mulan, in Autumn of 2018; is this correct, Pups?

I think the real reason Disney is remaking their animated classics is because they want to re-introduce their films to a new generation, and so that their films could actually get more Oscar nominations. That make sense, bab? I'd like to see them try a live action remake of Lady and the Tramp. That might be interesting to see. Sweeney Terrier: What is this Genie film that you speak of? Are you talking about the upcoming Aladdin remake? Or is this another "my side of the story" remake like Maleficent, Cruella and Tink?

Okay, so with talk of there being a live action Winnie the Pooh movie coming out soon, I thought of a way to make it seem worthwhile, and that is if this was the cast:
Josh Gad as Winnie the Pooh Jim Carey as Tigger Brad Garrett as Eeyore Louie Anderson as Piglet Steve Carrel as Rabbit Laraine Newman as Kanga Drew Davis as Roo Christopher Walken as Owl John Ratzenberger as Gopher
That would make the movie awesome!

Live action remakes are stupid.
They prove that there are no original ideas left in Hollywood.
And the idiot masses who flock to the box office are just encouraging this lack of new vision.

Okay, so I was just on Wikipedia to see what upcoming films Disney has in the works. They've got like a GIMONGOUS list of upcoming live action films in the works, but none of which have planned release dates yet.
In addition to live action remakes on the animated features, they are also making spinoff live action remakes:
Cruella Tink Rose Red Christopher Robin
They are also planning on making films based on some of their attractions:
Jungle Cruise It's a Small World Tower of Terror Haunted Mansion Magic Kingdom
Also, they are planning to make remakes of their LIVE ACTION FILMS!:
Flight of the Navigator Inspector Gadget James and the Giant Peach Something Wicked This Way Comes Splash The Rocketeer
They're also going to make a live action version of Studio Ghibli's "Kiki's Delivery Service".
Keep in mind, these are only SOME of their live action films that are coming!

I was just thinking about Disney's upcoming live action remake of Pinocchio and what the cast might be. I know Robert Downey, Jr. is planned to be playing Gepetto. I'm sure Pinocchio will be played by a new child actor, and Jiminy will probably be played by a well-known comedian.
However, I think I know who I want to have casted as Foulfellow and Gideon: Penn and Teller! They'd be perfect for the roles! Don't you guys think so?

I do not see any cast about a; "Live Action" Pinocchio.
I do remember them discuss, on Whose Line, when Drew Carey playd Gepetto, in a Television Film of Pinocchio. There is also that Disney Education Piece; Your Five Senses, where a Youn Elijah Wood is Pinocchio.
You remember those, Pups?
May I ask, what your Source, for Robert Downey Junior is, Belchic?

babclayman: I didn't say there was a confirmed full cast anywhere. I was just stating my opinion that I think Penn and Teller would be perfect choices for Foulfellow and Gideon. There is a difference between facts and opinions, you know, bab. I saw something on IMDb once saying that Robert Downey Jr. was going to play Gepetto, but it doesn't seem to be up anymore, so maybe they are reworking things or something.

They've actually done a Haunted Mansion Film a long time ago starring Eddie Murphy.
but can you really trust Wikipedia and IMDB, I mean for Wikipedia, I remember looking at episodes of Power Rangers and George of the Jungle including Satam and they've all given me false episodes.
So, don't you think that those could be fake?

Not necessarily fake, but there's a chance the list can change overtime.

I did hear some where, they're making another Haunted Mansion Film; though, that has been in the works for Seven Years, now.
I am looking at the Tower Of Terror Film, you describe. I do remember the Steve Guttenberg Film, but I hear the one they are making shall be written by the one who also wrte; Frankenweenie and Tim Burton's Charlie & The Chocolate Factory. Though, that one is more; Reportedl, and I think that has been in the air for years.
D 23 is coming up, so maybe they shall announce some thing there, Would they?
