#5 - Not add any more pets to the main cast. They've already got plenty of pets. Too many, if that. I don't think they need anymore. Other wise, there will be too many characters to keep track of. If they have to add any new characters, I recommend it be more make characters, since this series severely lacks them. I'm going to presume you said they need more MALE characters? I can see the reason for that, but while this is a more "Gender neutral" series than something like My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, it's still a cartoon about a girls' toy. It'd be like asking for there to be more female Transformers.

Still, nice to see you respond to one of my things there, Trey, but what are your thoughts on the other ones I listed?

Last night, I discovered a user named LewToons who makes cartoon top 10's. The first of his lists that I saw was what his subscribers voted as the Top 10 Most Annoying Cartoon Characters:
10. The Annoying Orange 9. Flapjack (from "The Misadventures of Flapjack") 8. Dee Dee (from "Dexter's Lab") 7. Jimmy (from "Ed Edd n Eddy") 6. Snarf (from "Thundercats") 5. Jubilee (from "X-Men") 4. Cheese (from "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends") 3. Angelica (from "Rugrats") 2. Scrappy Doo 1. Spongebob Squarepants

Here's something that might intrigue some of you guys. These are, in my opinion, the Top 12 Biggest Letdowns from the HubToons by far. I will state the show, episode, what happened in the episode, and why it is a letdown to me. If you want to reply or counter-argue, you're welcome to, but don't expect it to change my views. #12Show: My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic Episode: Any episode with absentee ponies. Reason: I hate seeing episodes with the main characters excluded. I understand it makes it easier on the animators, but most of the time, it doesn't make any sense, and it seems like something is missing when certain characters are missing. #11Show: Pound Puppies Episode: Any episode where the dogs are disguised as humans. Reason: The Pound Puppies' method of disguising themselves as humans has always been standing upright and wearing clothes. What really pisses me off about this is that everyone who sees this seems to always mistake it for my quirk and think I'm going to love the episode for that reason. For the last time people, if they're not propping each other up, it's not my quirk! Now, I understand I'm kind of cheating by doing those first two, but that's why I put them at the bottom of my list. Also, I just had to mention them for those reasons. I promise the rest of these will be specific episodes. #10Show: Littlest Pet Shop Episode: "So You Skink You Can Dance" Reason: The letdown of this episode is the climax. Vinnie tries to make Blythe look like she's dancing by propping her up on his shoulders. THAT'S...JUST...IM...POSSIBLE! That goes way beyond the laws of physics! I mean a smaller dog lifting another dog twice her size is one thing, but a gecko lifting a human being? Even an ant can't lift that kind of weight! #9Show: Pound Puppies Episode: "Homeward Pound" Reason: What really pisses me off about this episode is not so much that it's a day in the limelight with Squirt and Niblet, but the ending. Lucky finds them to take them home, but then he says, "Let's have fish," and then the episode is over. They're not going to show them go back to the pound? WTF? Imagine if "The Lion King" was like that! Nala would be like, "Simba, it's you! Let's have some pizza!" The End. This isn't the 1940's when movies just stopped! We live in an age where we need to have structured endings! #8Show: Littlest Pet Shop Episode: "Topped With Buttercream" Reason: Buttercream was a bad edition to this show. She's hands down, the Scrappy Doo of this series. Thus making her debut episode only the beginning of this letdown. #7Show: Littlest Pet Shop Episode: TIE: "Bakers and Fakers" + "Terriers and Tiaras" Reason: Two episodes that both have something in common: a lack of main characters. All the pets are featured in every episode, except these two. Doesn't really make the episode all that fun when characters are out of commission. And to make matters worse, they even had the nerve to put Buttercream in one of the episodes! God, I hate that rabbit! #6Show: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Episode: "Ponyville Confidential" Reason: The Cutie Mark Crusaders made up the identity, Gabby Gums, in this episode. I was anticipating there to be a scene where the CMC's would disguise themselves for a public appearance and claim to be Gabby Gums. But no, the writers decided to instead take the easy way out and go with the most obvious choice for a plot like this: have the CMC's reveal it was them all along and apologize! Not that it really mattered since the main 6 caught on to them while they were doing it, but it still would have made the episode a lot more entertaining if it were done in my vision. #5Show: Pound Puppies Episode: "The Pups Who Loved Me" Reason: What makes this episode suffer is that Cookie is nowhere to be seen in the episode. This was a perfect episode for her to play a good role in, yet this turned out to be the first and by far only episode to not have her shown or even mentioned. Quite a way to treat my favorite Pound Puppy! #4Show: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Episode: "The Crystal Empire" Reason: Everyone will agree with me on this one, but King Sombra, the episode's antagonist, was a huge letdown. He barely did a thing in this 2-part episode. Sure he does seem a bit badass, but if you watch the episode and see what he does, and compare that to Nightmare Moon, Discord and Queen Chrysalis...yep, he's a letdown. #3Show: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Episode: "The Last Roundup" Reason: This was the very first time Derpy Hooves actually got a big scene where she not only spoke, but also interacted with another pony. But then, those good for nothing soccer moms had to go and complain about the scene causing that scene to be poorly censored! Not only that, but seeing that Hasbro is forbidden to even have Derpy appear in the background anymore...geez, can't anyone take a joke? #2Show: Pound Puppies Episode: "Hail to the Chief" Reason: The one episode where my quirk finally comes into play, but it was not played out the way I would have wanted it to play out. I mean, of all the episodes for Cookie to sit out on the mission, why did it have to be this one? Putting her and Lucky in a totem pole trench is like a match made in heaven! I've noticed that lately, Cookie has been a lot less active in this series. Heck, Niblet is going on missions more often than her! WHY? Okay, I know, he's there for comic relief, but still, all he does is mess everything up! If I was to rewrite any episode of "Pound Puppies", I'd definitely rewrite this one, and I'll make it done the right way...with ALL FIVE Pound Puppies going on the mission! #1Show: My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic Episode: "Magical Mystery Cure" Reason: What can I say about this episode that hasn't been said? Do I even need to state my reason? Well, for those who want to hear it anyway, here it is. This whole episode itself was completely rushed, but what really makes it an ultimate letdown is that they had to go and make Twilight Sparkle, my favorite pony on the show, an ALICORN! Seeing that the show is still in production, I'm seriously fearing how drastically the show is going to change as far as how Twilight gets used. This is not who Twilight is! I don't want her to be a princess! I just want her to be a normal pony! What's really pissing me off is that everybody who hears my rants about this are completely misinterpreting what I'm saying. For some reason, they all think that I'm saying Twilight's going to leave the show or that her personality is going to change. NONONONONONONO! I NEVER said EITHER of those! Why do people constantly make assumptions about me that are not true and still believe them even though I tell them 100 times they're not true? But that's beyond the point. The point is, Twilight has changed, and even though most everyone has accepted the change, I have not, and it has left me really worried about what's to come of the rest of this show. Thus making this the #1 HubToon Letdown on my list! Way to go on jumping the shark, Hasbro! To anyone who wishes to respond to this with counter-arguments (especially babclayman), please make sure you read every single word of this, because I don't want anyone to overlook and miss anything that I said.

And yeah I know what you mean about thinking its your quirk too.
LOL littlest pet shop is a cartoon, it doesn't have to keep to the laws of physics.
I disagree with number 9. That seemed like a perfectly fine ending. everyone was save and together and the story was pretty much over, there was no need to show them back at the pound because it wouldn't have added to the story.
8: I would have to disagree with you but that's a matter of taste.
7: Well I don't think those episodes needed all the characters. Some episodes really only need a few characters and if they did put the others in they would just be a waste because they wouldn't do much. Too many characters just leaves some of them almost inactive.
6: But that would have broken the aesop. The message of the episode was to be honest and own up to their mistakes. That wouldn't have worked as well if they stacked up in a disguise and pretended to be some random pony. Heck who would believe a random unknown pony was on the school paper anyway? That wouldn't have worked.
5: I haven't seen this episode so I don't know.
4:I kind of agree.
3: Wait... what? What did they say was wrong with Derpy? How was she offensive?
2: I guess that is a valid letdown for you.
1: I must completely agree with you thar.

I’m with General on #12. Sometimes, the episode just doesn’t need that Character to advance the story. If they did add them, they would just shoe horn them in, without them making any real contribution to the story. Like say how in Sonic 06, You could have taken the character of Knuckles out and there would be no real difference in the Plot. Or how you may sometimes argue that since there are so many characters in the story, it’s hard to keep track. That's why in Season Two of FIM, They introduced the others writing a Letter to Celestia, so that they didn't have to Shoe Horn Twilight into Every Episode, even if she's not needed.
#9- Well, Like General says, You don’t need to see them head back to the Pound! We are able to assume for ourselves that they did.
Isn’t #7 the same as #12, only with LPS instead of MLP?
#6- The point of the episode was Honesty…And like General says, why would a Pony need to stack up, and if they did, it wouldn’t make the shape of an Older Pony. And then an Older Pony wouldn’t be working on the School Paper. In fact, the thing that upsets me in that episode is that they didn’t tell the Teacher that the Head of the Paper was Blackmailing them into publishing those terrible stories. I mean, we see Cherilee depose her before the credits, so it’s not as though telling the Teacher was out of the question, was it?
#5- Again, isn’t this exactly the same thing as 7 & 12?
#4- Agreed on that! All his evilness is ‘Implied’, and when he comes in, all he does his hover over everyone going “HAHAHA!”, at least with Luna, Discord and Crysallis, we showed how dangerous they can be!
#3- Actually, Derpy does appear in ‘Equestria Girls’ (in a Post Credits scene) with her Derpy Eyes. She also is seen waving to the Audience in “Magical Mystery Cure” during Twilight’s Coronation.
#1- I agree that the Episode did seem VERY Rushed. It was like; “Something bad happened…Oh, Do this! Problem fixed!” However, what upset me on it was that it implied; “Don’t try doing anything different than what you’re use to! Don’t try to be good at anything else, cause you’ll fail miserable!”
Also, What was the Intention of the Spell in the first place? From what I gather when Twilight fixed it, all it seemed like was a Poem of how happy Friendship is…it’s a spell that did nothing, at least when unfinished, it swapped cutie marks!
Also, What happened to Applebloom, Granny Smith of Big Macintosh when Pinkie Pie runs the Farm!?

I understand your aspects too, Race. Some of these Complaints are mainly; "They aren't doing my thing." Or "They did it, but not to my specification." I mean, no characters in "Pound Puppies" or LPS have become Giant yet, but I don't complain on it.
Also, another problem with "Magical Mystery Cure", it could have had so much potential. If you take an idea like, "Destinies Have Been Changed", you could have it like where Twilight finds herself in a Dystopian World, where all the Main Antagonists have taken Equestria, since Twilight's friends were unable to show their potential to form the Elements. And Twilight has to get them back together and defeat their enemies. Instead, it just seems like everything has happened as before, except now they've suddenly forgotten everything that's happened before.
Surely, altered destinies would give an idea of an Alternate Timeline, Right?
