That was actually in Profit and Loss during Princess's birthday scene. Trust me, I have the DVD set I got online.

I got all the eps on my pc and I know Two-Tone wore the tiara in "You say it's your birthday" not "Profit and Loss"

I have just checked myself
Two-Tone wears the Tiara in "Profit & Loss" as if you look closely in pictures, Wizzer is beside her wearing a normal party hats, nothing on the body. And Since in "You Say It's Your Birthday" the pups got clothing suits which covered their entire bodies (and i think that brown suit for Wizzer) it sort of cancels the idea of Two-Tone just wearing the Tiara alone. At least have a robe to go with it.
However, i did see what she got in "You Say Its Your Birthday". It was one of tose silly caps with the helicopter tops on them (what was Anita thinking when she designed that? =P) To explain the ear thing, be fair. In animation; there are going to be chances of miss colour. Cases in point, pups might have their collars coloured wrong, or remember in "Profit & Loss" as well in one shot where Two-Tone was shown to have white ears.
So Dana is right, she wore the tiara in "Profit & Loss" not "You Say It's Your Birthday"
Anyway
41. Did you notice in "Spots & Shots" as "Scorch" flies out of the laundry door, his falling scream is similar to the one "Goofy" makes when he falls from high places in the "Classic" Toons.
42. In "You Say It's Your Birthday", inside the "Let's Celebrate" party supply shop, there seems to be masks of "Frankenstein", "Ozzy Osborne" and "Richard Nixon"

ah, I guess so then Dana was right and I was wrong. Although the artists did miss Two-Tone's black ears in "You say it's your birthday"

yeah I did use that as a screencap, it happened in another ep where Two-tone runs up on the back porch and her ears turn white

43. Did you notice in "Valentine Daze", Ralphie St. Lawrent, has a different voice and hair colour than he does in "You Say It's Your Birthday" In "Valentine Daze" he is blond and has a deep American voice While in "You Say It's Your Birthday", he has grey hair and higher and more British sounding tone.
44. Did you notice out of all the episodes in the series, "Wizzer" only gets about 12-20 seconds worth of lines or lime light.

45. In the animated sequel, when Patch does Thunderbolt's bark, he was laughed at and was commented that it sounds like someone sat on a squeaky toy. This doesn't make any sense! Patch barked more, and louder, than any other pup in the original animated film, and he sounded just fine, and no one on that film even responded to his bark in any way. That means there's no reason for Patch to have any trouble barking in the animated sequel and get laughed at for it! Did you notice that?

47. In the episode "Twelve angry pups", when Lucky and co went to talk to Mooch's gang, when Mooch said "Dipstick misses his marbles..." Dipstick's appearance was flipped horizontal. His right & left ear were reversed, he had a spot on the right side of his neck instead of left, etc... Did you notice that?

48. When Horace & Jasper go back to Cruella after being attacked by Bees (my god) and she has the argument with what she's paying them for. Her voice seems to sound completely different.

49. Did you notice in "Southern Fried Cruella", for some reason; "Horace & Jaspers" clothes are completely black instead of their usual colours (Green & Orange with Red hat for 'Horace' and Blue & Brown with Green hat for 'Jasper')
50. Did you notice that "Barkio" needs to get into the chow tower window to win the game yet he is standing on top of the tower during his introduction video in "Virtual Lucky"

51. Something interesting I noticed about the four main pups. Each one of their stomachs growled at some point in the series.
It happened to Rolly the most, though. His stomach growled a total of eight times in the series: - Once in "Home is Where the Bark Is" (which I never noticed until I made that YTP) - Four times in "Chow About That?" - Once in "Cruella World" - Twice in "Gnaw or Never"
As for the other three, it only happened to each of them once:
- Spot's stomach growled in "Market Mayhem" - Lucky's stomach growled in "Shipwrecked" - Cadpig's stomach growled in "You Say It's Your Birthday"
I could probably tell you where in those episodes they occur, but I don't want to bore you guys...unless anyone's interested.
