I do wonder how they would continue the stories of both Frozen and Toy Story.
I guess, Frozen III could focus around Anna & Kristoff's Wedding, or exploring the lore more.
Toy Story, a bit more difficult, given the Fourth one had Woody head off with Bo. Admittingly, my Sister still hasn't forgiven Bonnie for how she treated Woody. Is it going to focus on Woody, or Buzz & Jessie with Bonnie's toys?

I don't necessarily think adding onto Toy Story and Frozen would be necessary and probably are just being done to keep the copyrights active.
For one, Frozen 2 I didn't think was all that great. It had some high standards to meet but it felt a lot darker than the first movie and wasn't as charming. And I do wonder how a Toy Story 5 would work as I really do think it should have ended with Toy Story 3. If Woody left Bonnie's toys to stay as a lost toy with Bo Peep, then is that going to mean we shouldn't expect to see Buzz, Rex, Hamm, et al? Or if Woody does choose to go back, is that going to render Toy Story 4 a Shaggy Dog Story?
Now that Zootopia 2 I do like. I did hear about the prospects of an Inside Out 2 as well.

I don't think the copyright on both Frozen or Toy Story is that short, Trey! It's usually several decades before something may be part of the public domain. Even then, it's Disney's own property. It isn't like how the Roger Corman Fantastic Four film was made, so Bernd Eichinger could keep the film license.
I like "Frozen II" meself, although a bit awkward on "Toy Story IV". I do wonder how they will continue those stories.
Josh Gad is confirmed to be on for "Frozen III", and Tim Allen for "Toy Story V", but I wonder if they shall bring Woody back, too?
As for "Inside Out II", they confirmed that they would be doing so at D23 in 2022! I wonder if that shall be a film about Puberty?
Where you think they shall take the Story for "Zootopia II"?

I honestly thought they were going to stop enforcing sequels altogether, but now they’ve gone back to doing it again. Why? I know the obvious answer is to make more money and appeal to the fans, but that’s not what Disney should be doing. My guess is this is probably their response to Dreamworks when they made their huge comeback last year with Puss in Boots: The Last Wish breaking new records and all.

Sequels are generally cheaper and easier to make, Belchic. Don't forget the team at Illumination made out like bandits on Minions: the Rise of Gru.

Maybe in terms of making money, but in terms of popularity, that’s another story. If you’re going to try to push me to believe it’s the best movie ever, then it’s not going to work. Your biased opinion is yours alone, and not everyone will agree with you.

That would make sense. My mom sent me that info on Toy Story 5 and I was happy for that, though I still am not sure how it's possible. And is Frozen 3 going to undo the ending of 2? Inside Out 2 and Zootopia 2 should be well worth it though.

Ooooooooh, we got a new trailer for the upcoming "Elemental", today! I will say the Animation Styles on both the Water & Fire characters looks REALLY Nice! From what I hear, Pixar want to create a look of a person who is literally fire, rather than just someone who is on fire, if you get what I do. I am intrigued to see this film! www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXzcyx9V0xwIt also seems that the "Dug Days" Short; "Carl's Date" with air before the films in theaters, too, having been originally intended to premiere on Disney Plus on Valentines Day! Apparently, Ed Asner DID record his lines for this short before he...Yeah...so, we will be hearing him as Carl in the short. What do you think of the Trailer, Pups!?

The trailer visually looks like a mix between Monsters Inc. and Zootopia. However, story-wise, it seems like another cliche Romeo and Juliet story and feels a bit like The Land Before Time with how the different races are not allowed to be with each other. Still, it looks really awesome, and it looks like it’s meeting my expectations so far.
Also, where did you hear about this Dug Days short, bab?

I am sure, the closer we get to the Film's Premiere, we'll learn more story details and I am sure there be more to the story than that.
As for the Dug Days thing...Pixar said so themselves.
Although, wasn't this Short originally planned for Valentine Day on Disney Plus?

Ooooooooh, we got a Trailer for upcoming Pixar Film; Elio! Definately, looks like an intriguing premise for a film, and definately going to be quite creative! I can definately hear Brad Garrett as one of the Extra-Terrestrials, too! www.youtube.com/watch?v=2w_K3CB8PuE&ab_channel=PixarMay wait to hear more on this film, but shows promise. What do you think of the Trailer, Pups!?

Wow! With Elemental being just around the corner, we already have the trailer for their next big film? These people at Pixar must have no lives.

That's a really rude thing to say about the people at Pixar for doing their jobs.
Films take time to make, and that can take months if not years, and if a Studio is to stay afloat, they need to be working on more than one project at a time. We know this film has been in the works as early as a year ago!
My guess is that they have different teams working on different films. Team A does Elemental, Team B does Elio.
Also, the reason this trailer aired this week is because this week is the Annecy Animation Festival, so it makes sense they would air the trailer for an upcoming Animated Film at a Major Animation Festival!
Didn't we also get a trailer for "Turning Red" during the Summer of 2021, before airing in March of 2022? So, Elio getting a trailer now is not unprecedented, Eh?
