So, is it like, the amoun of dmage taken is the difference between the Two Player's Toughness, after the Dice Rll?
Have you test that type of battle, using the Static subtractor, General?

No, the amount of damage taken will be the difference between the attacking character's strength + their strength roll, and the hit character's toughness.
So, Sandy has 2 strength, and she hits Chive who has 6 toughness. Sandy rolls 5 for her strength which is added to her 2 strength to make 7, so she does 1 HP of damage to Chive. But if Sandy rolled 12, she would do 8 hp of damage to Chive.
This might make the fights a bit less defensive. The idea is to make it so that fights won't keep resulting in 0 HP of damage so much and make them a bit shorter.

www.wizards.com/dnd/dice/dice.htm I used this website and just used the d12. But I don't think Shawn wants that. =P Anyway, I think maybe toughness should just be a static subtractor from your skill. Like if Character A, has 1 strength and then they roll a 12, but Character B has 10 toughness, character b only takes 3 damage. I'll see what I can do, General. I'm sure it's changed now, but we'll never know till we give it a shot, right?

But judging from the dice, I'd say this would work more with the Dungeons and Dalmatians RP's, don't you think?

Well, like we post, this shall appl to any RP, which has a battle in it. It's to ensure that the Battle is fair and not so that one side is easil able to ddge evry attck at them, while htting al of theirs. You can understand why we may need this system, can you, Shawn?
That system does make sense though, General! Should we try an RP, where we experiment with the system too, Pups?

So, we have a possible system, for battles, which I am dbbing the; “S T A R System”.
We need an RP, to try this in, now.
How about; We do an RP, about; “Bark Brigade” Training, where Lt. Pug is giving the Dalmatians some combt training! That a possible idea, Pups?

Shadow claims that he is confused, by the S T A R System.
If there are any Pups, who have questions about it, you can ask here.
So, What factors puzzle you, about the System, Pups?

This is how the S T A R System works.
You write your Stats, for your Dalmatians.
I do need to check just how many Points each Stat is allwed, and how many points can be use to.
Here is what each Stat means, though.
Strength; This is how strong an attack is. Toughness; This affects how much dmage, your Dalmatian may take, with an attack. Accuracy; This is how good the aim of your Dalmatian is, with an attck. Reflexes; This determnes if your Dalmatian is able to either defnd themselves or dodg an attck.
So, this is how a Scene may play.
DalOne has a Strength of Five Accuracy of Three.
DalTwo has Toughness of Six Reflexes of Two.
DalOne attcks DalTwo.
DalOne rlls a Six for Accuracy. DalTwo rlls a Three for Reflxes.
They then ad that on to their existng stats, so that means…
DalOne has Nine for Accuracy. DalTwo has Five for Reflxes.
So, that means; DalOne lands their attack on DalTwo.
DalOne then rlls a Three for Strength. DalTwo rlls a one for Toughness.
When you ad those to the Stats, that means…
DalOne has Nine for Strength. DalTwo has Toughness of Seven.
You then take the difference between the Two, and take that from DalTwo’s H P. So, that means, DalOne’s attck takes two of DalTwo’s H P.
It can be esy, when you get the rough understanding of it.
Like I post; If there are any questions, Please, you may ask them. You have any questions, Pups?
