You're nearly spot-on Bab, though I'm not sure if it's British or not. Captain Underpants (the books at least) are about two boys (George and Harold) who create comic books and make mischief together, and in the first book of the series, they accidentally hypnotize their teacher into thinking that he's Captain Underpants, one of their comic book characters. (as you can probably infer I grew up reading these books and adore them to death)
Home is being based off of different book, known as The True Meaning of Smekday. Honestly? To me, it feels a little like another Planet 51/Escape From Planet Earth-esque film, only DreamWorks is at the helm, which gives it a feeble amount of hope. I'm pretty doubtful about it, but that's just me.

My sister and I both think all of the celebrities they've gotten to voice the superheroes (Will Arnett as Batman, Channing Tatum as Superman, and Cobie Smulders as Wonder Woman just to name a few) is pretty hilarious. I'm really looking forward to it's release.

Ahh, okay -- I was misinformed by my sister, then.
I know my friends got to see a screening of his other recent movie, From Up on Poppy Hill, here at a local theater. I'm thinking that they'll either be doing things with just The Wind Rises or both that and Poppy Hill soon, if The Wind Rises is gaining publicity like this.

Both foreign films (Ernest & Celestine and The Wind Rises) got really good reviews from critics -- Ernest & Celestine even has a 100% on Rotten Tomatoes and I'm pretty sure The Wind Rises is nominated for Best Picture. However, while it looks like Frozen has some serious overseas competition, Frozen also won Critic's Choice for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song. And considering how much better-known it is than those two, I think Frozen has it in the bag.
Hate to say it, but Despicable Me 2 and The Croods don't even have a chance. They barely did at the Golden Globes.

And I suppose I'll do one as well, seeing as I did it last year...
The Nut Job - No. The Lego Movie - Looks pretty good. I definitely want to check it out. The Wind Rises - Sure! Mr. Peabody and Sherman - Yes! I totally want to see this, too. Rio 2 - No. Legends of Oz: Dorothy's Return - I've been hearing about this one since...2010? I think? I might see it if my sisters see it. How to Train Your Dragon 2 - Ehh...I never saw the first one and a sequel feels a little unnecessary. Planes: Fire and Rescue - NO The BoxTrolls - Yes!! This is being done by the same company that did Coraline and ParaNorman -- so if the story isn't that strong, the animation will be, at least. The Book of Life - Maybe. Plot sounds a little cliche, but the twist on it is neat. Big Hero 6 - I'm game. Home - Uh...the plot sounds a little all over the place. So I'll probably skip out.

They are. That's part of the whole joke of the Kitties - not only do they look the same, but they're voiced by the same actors.

I've heard about The Nut Job since the summer, mostly because Will Arnett is playing the lead squirrel. It looks like nothing more than a poor man's Over the Hedge to me, although I can see where you'd get the Ratatouille elements from, Bab. It just...doesn't look good at all.
I don't know much about the Oz movie other than the fact that Lea Michele is Dorothy. I haven't seen a trailer for it yet.

I know Vanilla definitely would, and Maddie would if Vanilla dragged her into it. Goose, Ariel, Appette, and Saturn would, too.

I'll go for romance, travel, fantasy, drama, and character conflict. First-gen with one character per person, just to shake things up.

You're welcome, Bab ^^ I'm glad you like it!! Once I started drawing this I just couldn't stop, hence why I had it done early. Disney World was awesome!! We went to Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney on Christmas day and were (thankfully) able to beat most of the crowds and long lines. I had heard that they closed Magic Kingdom early that day because it hit capacity, though.

Well, I'm home, so here it is!! My Secret Santa picture for Bab. He didn't really request anything specific, so I did a little thinking and was able to come up with this... Clayton and Kendra, grown to a size just a bit taller than a pine tree, and decorating all of the trees in a little forest together. A belated Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of you, and I hope you all had a good day!

Have my iPod on shuffle for my drive home, but right now I've got Jack Johnson's cover of "We're Going To Be Friends" by The White Stripes on.
