I saw this when I got home from work! Very nice, Bab. Your portrayal of Snapshot is spot-on. ^-^

That seriously just does it! If you guys don't like this, then I am just going to drop Noggin entirely, and I am never going to talk about him ever again! If you don't like it, tough! Isn't that a little extreme, though? You could still keep Noggin- we aren't saying that you shouldn't keep him. He's been around for a really long time, and losing him is like losing a piece of the board. Just a suggestion. ^^;

I like this idea since I do a fair few of these myself- I'll just need to find the time, and they might not be on stuff like this that you post. I mostly do commentaries on song performances and such, but I'll try.

Angela smiled, but then something broke her concentration. The commotion of Envi falling into the sand and Joey running away crying was a lot to happen in mere minutes in her mind. She followed over with the crowd, making sure that Envi was okay.
Appette and Josh had seen this as well. "I'll be back in a minute," she told Scaley. "I need to make sure that everything is okay. Joshie, keep them busy!" Appette instructed, running after Joey (as fast as she could, anyway- being stocky did nothing for her speed). Josh nodded as he started to think of something to do with Chloee.
Oliver was also disturbed. But while he simply dismissed Envi as nothing of interest and "not his problem"- Joey was another story. Something about the little autistic Dalmatian, just something reminded him greatly of his youngest brother, Christopher. While Chris wasn't autistic, he did have several other problems with him that even Oliver was unaware of- and he remembered an instance when Chris acted an awful lot like Joey did just then.
He looked around to make sure that no-one was around before he went. He saw Stotch, flashed him a grin, and then headed off in Joey's direction. It didn't take long for him to catch up with the wailing Dalmatian.
"Hey kid," he asked. "You okay?"

I might contribute! I remember doing this once last year with my other forum, and I had so much fun with it. Count me in.

No, you're thinking of the other son that Tex created for Spot. His name is Ottie, they're two different characters from two different universes. However, they do have the same father. X3 I'm so, so glad you like all of these, Bab!

They are, in fact they're grouped with the bios of Scaley and Appette's children, who are also in the process of getting made-over. Denver wasn't part of the original litter however- she's sort of a new addition. And now E looks a lot different than before. Everything is in the process of getting re-typed and revamped. Here are the bios: sparkydearly.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=dalcharacts&action=display&thread=5769

Quite technically it's Tex's reasoning, but yes, it's quite well thought out. ^^
I'm glad you like them, especially Felicia! She's very dear to me <3
Yeah, you are... I don't take requests anymore. But maybe I'll do them on my own free will one day- of Hunter and Charm especially, since they're my favorites from the litter.

It would make sense if you ever saw the explanation. Tex had created it when she made Kickstand, and this is what it says:
"Backstory (sort of): Basically I figure that Tripod's 'disability' would finally get to him and he'd have some sort of emotional collapse. Cadpig, with her psychologist mind would be there to help him get through it and slowly rebuild and heal Tripod's heart and mind. All the while, the two grow closer together, and the 'doctor/patient' relationship slowly turns into something more. Mooch, however, sees this, and his old feelings for Cadpig re-ignite. At this point, all three are older than they are in the series. Anyway, Mooch attempts to flirt with/make advances on Cadpig, who tries to reject him nicely. However, he continues to press, and eventually, she outright tells him she doesn't feel anything towards him. This makes Mooch furious so he goes after the newly-healed Tripod. Basically, the two fight, and things get REALLY rough. Roger--who happens to be in the right place at the right time--hears the ruckus and steps in, separating the two now-injured dogs. They are sent to the vet....but because Mooch has a history of violent behavior and Tripod does not, the vet suggests Mooch is 'fixed.' Roger and Anita decide it's for the best....
....Hence why now, even though she didn't love him, Cadpig couldn't mate with Mooch.
When Tripod returns, Cadpig finally tells him herself that she's fallen in love with him, and he tells her the same. They stay a couple for a few months, and finally, they decide to mate.
But because Cadpig is the runt of her litter--thus making her small even as an adult--she has a very small litter of her own: three pups, and two are still-born. Now it's Tripod's turn to be the emotional support. Eventually, he convinces her that it's not the end of the world: that she ISN'T a runt--she's the best d**n thing that's ever happened to him--and can still be a great mother to the surviving pup. Said pup is a boy, with blue eyes like his mother. He is named "Kickstand" in homage to his father's name, "Tripod.""
Make sense now?

"C'mon Josh, let's go look for Scaley and Chloee together!" Appette eagerly tugged at Josh's scarf as she headed off over in Scaley's direction. "Scaley! Hey!" she said flirtily, a smile on her face. Josh was smiling as well as his tail started to wag.
Angela hugged Spencer. "Hey Spence! I missed you! I wish I could visit more often."
Oliver, however, made his way towards a spot a fair distance away from the ocean. He laid himself down in the sand, and closed his eyes. "Time to relax," he muttered to himself, a contented smile on his face.
