Random Fact # 4, 775
Doritos are a Disneyland Invention. In the early years of the Park, Disney had a Sponsorship Deal with Fritos, and they would serve Tortillas at a venue in Frontierland. While Fritos provided the main ingredients for the Restaurant, any Non-Fritos ingredients were provided by Alex Foods. In the Sixties, an Alex Foods Salesman noticed that Disney would throw out a lot of unused tortillas each day, and so suggested that the cook cut the tortillas into triangles, deep fry them, and season them in the style of a Zapotec Mexican Food called Totopos. The cook took the salesman’s advice and fried up the first batch of Doritos. They were then offered to guests free of charge, as an alternative to the free bag of Fritos that came with every meal and became very successful. In 1964, Frito-Lay noticed the wildly popular new snack food on the menu, and so made a deal with Alex Foods to produce the tortilla chips in large quantities. Officially named Doritos, the chips were tested in southern California and were sold faster than could be produced. In 1967, The first taco-flavored Doritos were sold.
Random Fact # 4, 776
In 1905, an Eleven Year Ol' called Frank Epperson left a stirring stick, in a cup of water and powdered soda, on his porch overnight. The next day, he had found the mixture had frozen, so he decided to call it an “Epsicle". When he became an adult and had children of his own, they would refer to the Epsicle as "Pop’s ‘sicle", causing Epperson to change the name to "Popsicle". He officially put the concept of Popsicles up for sale in 1923.
Did You Know that, Pups!?

Ooooooooh, we got two notable birthdays today!
One is of George Lucas, most likely known for...the "Howard the Duck" film...as well as being the creator of a little thing called "Star Wars"!
It is also the Birthday of Singer, Olly Murrs, whom many of us may also know as the voice of Spike in the "101 Dalmatian Street" Episode; "A Summer To Remember".
Quite a pair of notable Birthdays there, Eh!?

That is true, as well. In the "101 Dalmatian Street" Continuity, only the events of the first film are Canon. According to the "101 Dalmatian Street" Series Bible, following the events of the first film, Cruella lives in a “spa” in Switzerland where she is held together by plastic surgery and assorted elixirs. There's also the recent "Cruella" Comic, too, which appears to contradict "Patch's London Adventure". In a way, when it comes to "101 Dalmatians" Continuity, following on from the first film is a bit like the "Halloween" Film Series, Eh!? Indeed .... think we should call Dr. Loomis in to help stop Cruella?

ironically 101 Dalmatians 2 was pretty much retconned by 101 Dalmatian Street. I believe this was confirmed in the season 1 finale "The De Vil wears puppies" when we learn what happened after the events of the original movie, none of the events from 101 Dalmatians 2 were mentioned at all.

So recently, I started watching this Disney Junior show. When I first heard about it, I figured it was Disney's response to PAW Patrol, but at the same time, I thought it was a rip-off of the PAW Patrol spin-off, Rubble and Crew. Well, as I said in a recent random fact, this series was actually in production month before Rubble and Crew was even announced, so it's a coincidence. Still, it's easy to tell that a lot of this was inspired by PAW Patrol. Basically, the series is about this crew of four pups who are assigned to build things in their hometown of Petsburg, a city that is inhabitated by all animals, and no humans. The crew consists of the following: - Phinny, a Welsh Corgi who is the leader and planner for the crew. - Luna, a Sheep Dog who loves to dig but has a short attention span. - Tank, a Mastiff who does the hauling and also has a big appetite. - Roxy, a disabled Rotweiler who loves to do demolition. (Yes, we have yet another animated series with a dog named Roxy, even though there already exists one in "Pound Puppies", "Littlest Pet Shop: A World of Our Own", "101 Dalmatian Street" and "Puppy Dog Pals".) There are other characters that I feel I should talk about too, such as the rest of Phinny's family. What's interesting about his parents is while his dad, Harry, is also a Corgi, his mom, Maya, happens to be a Dalmatian, and she's also voiced by Grey DeLesie (the same actress who voiced Kitty Kattswell in T.U.F.F. Puppy). He also has a baby sister named Bailey, who is also a Dalmatian. The mayor of Petsburg is a fish who happens to be voiced by Yvette Nycolle Brown (who voiced Cookie in Pound Puppies and Captain Tully in The Chicken Squad). Then there's the villains, a trio of cats known as "Lickety Split". The leader is a bossy, envious and lazy cat named Bobby Boot, and his two henchmen, Scratch and Sniff, are total idiots. However, the one thing about this show that really caught my attention is one of the executive producers of this show happens to be Victor Cook, who was one of the producers/directors of 101 Dalmatians: The Series! Maybe that could explain why the main cast consists of 2 boys and 2 girls and why there's a couple Dalmatians in the cast. Anyway, I'm enjoying this show so far, and I do plan to continue watching it. The first season had just ended, but it has been renewed for two more seasons, so I'll be sure to look forward to those after I finish watching the first season on Disney+!

I did like this movie. I remember a lot of hype for it back when it was being released in 2003.
This may not have been a necessary sequel but I do feel it has some aspects of virtue.

Well, the Credits do show that Cruella does indeed get sent to a Mental Health Facility, and something tells me that she will be there for some time.
As for what happened to her fur coat. Wet Clothing can become very heavy, and just think how heavy a fur coat of that size would be, too. On top of that, you need to take off wet clothes after being in the water, to prevent the loss of body heat, since Wet clothing loses its insulating value very quickly, hence why Cruella is wearing the Green Blanket. I am guessing the Police took her coat from her when they arrested her and it shall be returned to her if / when she is let out of the Facility.
That make some sense?

I like some of Corman's car chase flicks from the 1970s. May he rest in peace.
