Hey Kit!!, I buy CDs, but I download some songs if I like them. ^_^ I had to download Linkin Park's new CD but when It was on sale, I bought it!!! Anyway, I prefer to buy CDs. ^.^ What about you, Kit?

Nice to hear some of the kids are still buying (I am by no means old. old fashioned maybe.) I buy. It's better that way for me being interested in the bands I dig and their discographies and not just single songs. plus.. When you buy you get the entire thing. And it's only fair to the musicians. But I don't judge people who download. Music is art and doesn't have to be industrialized. But then again... I would feel crappy if someone ripped off my own work.

I share your opinion, It's not fair for musicians, but a lot of people download. In the other hand if you buy the CD you'll have the art of it, like drawings and stuff like that. That's why I prefer to buy CDs.

I do a little of this, a little of that. Lately, I've been adding all my favorite songs onto my iPod.

I buy cassette tapes since that is what my car plays.
I can only listen to the Days of Thunder soundtrack and C.W. McCall's Greatest Hits so many times you know.

Yep i buy! But some of the Promo material i receive, is MP3 or on CD-R. Because its way cheaper, then pressing CDs & cutting vinyls. I dont know how much sound material i have. Maybe 250 CDs & over 2500 12" records. All i know its taking up ALOT of storage space. I got 150 "home" recorded tapes as well, starting from the mid 1980s to the end of the 1990s. Nice RaceFanX you got tape player in your car. And Days Of Thunder along with the Top Gun soundtrack is great. I own both. I got a cheap radio in my car, that takes the MP3 & WMA format from a SDCard & USB sticks. It "scares" the thieves for not breaking in, and transfering new songs is fast & easy. And there is no skipping. Kudos to those who wanna buy a 500$ radio because it have color display or just look fancy. Mine costed 100$ //Mixer

I buy CDs if there are many songs I want on one disc. Otherwise I share with friends or download the harder to find tracks. Like one's from outside th US.

I buy CDs. I don't like downloading because it's stealing and it's not fair to the musicians. I also like looking at the booklets that come with the CDs and it's easier for me to download on to my iPod than having to wait to download a certain song on a certain website when I can just go out and buy the CD.

I used to buy CD's...
Now I either download'em or borrow someone else's CD.
