It was definately a nice thing to have, but I was a little disappointed with the special features. Compared to the "Snow White", "Alice in Wonderland" and "Peter Pan" DVD's, I would have expected something incredible from this one too. Like maybe some fun games (all I got were a puppy-training game that ends unexpectedly, and an ESL kind of game that's worse than "Mario's Early Years") or some old TV specials based around the movie. Overall, it's still a great DVD, but I'm always up for more.

The puppy training game is only a demo unless you install it on your computer...it sucks though, definitely aimed at the 6-8 crowd.

I agree with Belchic. With how popular this film is, I was expecting a whole bunch of bonus features, but was gravely disappointed.

I would have loved it if it included Home Is Where The Bark Is, and I was desperately hoping it would as it would be the perfect bonus feature. As for the learning game, when I play it I can literally feel the IQ dropping off me.

I think the DVD was ok.
I did enjoy the "Raise your own Dalmatian" game (I swear the pup with the green colour looks like Hesso =P)
I even liked the making of documentary as well as the featurette of the penpal relationship Dodie Smith and Walt Disney had
While i do admit the games can be better and give us something more than educational games with terrible voicing, like say; "Escape back to London" at least give a game which is enjoyable to play.
I think the dvd would of been good to of at least has "Home is where the Bark is" from the series.
But overall, the DVD was still good/
