This came up in another post so let's discuss it a bit.
Opening explains the plot really well...

Man, this was a great show. Made by Saban, Secret Files of the SpyDogs aired on FOX Kids Saturday Mornings. It's run was sadly brief, seemingly just one season and 13 episodes. BUT here's a sad kicker, Fox actually renewed the show for another 13 episodes which were made but then never aired them in the USA.
Somewhat similar to the well-remembered Road Rovers, SpyDogs was a simpler, and I'd say better, show with brighter animation. The show had a good mix of over-the-top action and humor. The villians were formidable and the action "big budget" with lots of explosions and "stunts" but the show got violent. It was just a fun time.
The characters were cool. There was Ralph, the "top dog" leader who was usually able to think his way past any problem; Mitzy, the tough as nails female; Scribble the cute puppy "agent in training" and of course their boss the always unseen Dog Zero voiced by Adam West.
The secondary characters were interesting too with the Q-like and somewhat insane Angus, Australia tough man Von Rabie, German Shepherd paranormal investigator Stahl, always complaining weinerdog Frank, hot stuff Irish setter Erin and the B.A.R.K. Squad, a bunch of gun-totting commandos who usually had a little too much firepower.
Today this is show is sadly all but forgotten
While obsecure, the copyrights are still well guarded (Disney now owns the show after buying out Saban [mainly to get the rights to Power Rangers]) and almost nothing but the theme can be found on YouTube. I was able to find a few episodes of the show on MegaVideo in Polish however under its name of Tajne akta Psiej Agencji
