This is something that has seriously been getting on my nerves for a long time! I would like to request that all images that get posted on this board should have a size limit so that they could fit the whole length of the screen. I am seriously SICK TO DEATH of having to use a horizontal scroll bar for viewing an image or having to zoom out! I am aware that babclayman may like it, but other people don't! Could somebody please do something so that we won't have this problem anymore?

Images on a Proboards forum DO have a size limit.
And here's a tip why don't you try increasing your screen resolution instead of demanding that the forum cater to your wants. Also you say 'we' like your speaking for everyone, I for one can tell you I don't agree with you at all, I have no trouble whatsoever viewing an image without using the horizontal scroll bar. And is it really that big of a deal?

I have wide screen monitor, so I usually don't have such a problem, but I received warning from Rip to resize my signature and as my monitor is wide screen, I don't know how much do I have to resize it, and he doesn't reply now.... BTW I was a member of a proboards forum which had a special option for big images. If an image is too big, it's post gets it's own vertical & horizontal ruler. If you understand.... I don't know why is it not a case here.

I don't need to change my image size because someone can't be bothered to change their screen size or use scroll.
Oh, also "We" doesn't mean just you. Please ask other members for their views on it before using the term "We"
The reason my images are big is because it is the only size where the quality of the pictures are good. If it was any smaller it would just look bad. Besides, what is the worst that can come of scrolling the page. It's not like there is a deadly vampire ready to suck your bolood if you use scroll.
We have our rights and own opinions too, learn to respect that instead of bashing every single thing you don't like (which many more people might)

OK now, I would like Rip to come here and say something. If you, Clayton, don't have to resize your signature, why would I have to resize mine? The width is identical

It's not the 'horizontal' scroll that's a problem for me. For me it's when I check the 20 recent posts, and I think the bigger the picture the more it affects the loading of the recent posts.... I think, or it makes the forum lag a little :/
But overall, to me it's not really a problem.

It's also annoying when I can't read all of somebody's post because there's a picture posted somewhere, wether it be somebody's signature or a new picture being posted, it always causes all the posts to run off the screen.

When it comes to reviewing recent post, than I see where large images could be a problem...other wise it's nothing to cry over

Anymore pointless petty problems? Is the sky too blue for you? Is grass too green? Look if you don't like posts running off the screen TOO BAD deal with it. Oh and since it's obvious you didn't read any of the previous posts, once again INCREASE YOUR SCREEN RESOLUTION before you b*tch about having to use the scroll bar, god knows that's probably the only exercise you get anyway...

OK now, can anybody bring Rip here? I would like him to read this thread, and all of your opinions

Increasing my screen resoltuion probably won't help much. I just want to know why every single picture that gets posted on here has to go off the screen. Also, why is it that some users have a signature that does so?
