For anyone who's seen this movie, can someone please answer me this question I have about one particular scene?
At one point, while Huey, Dewey and Louie were still the masters of the genie, the genie tells them about the origin of Merlock. He tells them that Merlock has a magic talismin that gives him all his powers, and when he puts on the magic lamp, gets as many wishes as he wants.
After this, one of the boys gets the idea to wish for the talismin. Which one of these would be true on why they would wish for it? 1. They're want to do something good and try to put an end to Merlock so that he won't cause any more trouble, or 2. They're greedy and want to get as many wishes as they want.
I don't think I really gave away any spoilers, so I think it's okay for me to ask that.

I would think it would probably be logical to think the latter would be true. They're kids, I mean, if you were a kid and had a genie with wishing powers and there was possibly a way to get limitless wishes, suddenly you start getting ideas. My brother once thought it would be cool if they actually got the talisman but I think it was for the better they don't, considering that having that much power would only result in you going corrupt. Side note: there is a DVD available, but I think you would have to be a member of Disney Movie Rewards to buy it. If the review on ultimatedisney.com is true ( www.ultimatedisney.com/ducktales-movie.html ).

I guess that would make sense, Trey. But whichever one it was who said that didn't sound like he was being greedy at the time. Also, if I remember, the genie responded by saying: "That's the only wish I can't do; you'll have to steal it from him yourself, and good luck."
Then again, when the kids first got aquainted with the genie, Louie was about to wish that he had a million wishes. So, yeah. It is typical for kids to be greedy about that kind of stuff.

By now it's common knowledge that this movie was a box-office dud and it's financial failure stopped Disney from making movies about other Disney Afternoon series like Darkwing Duck and Chip n' Dale Rescue Rangers.
But now it's official: that aborted Chip n' Dale Rescue Rangers movie is going to happen!!!

Ah, Yeah! My sister told me of this, a few days ago. Although, it's said that the film is going to be Live-Action.
The Live-Action factor gets me concerned if they'll try making them look more realistic, or take the 'Alvin & The Chipmunks' Route, if you get what I mean. Although, I am sure Disney will do what Micheal Bay fails to do for Transformers...Put the theme for it in!
Can you imagine the Audience as soon as the Cinema bursts with; "Ch-Ch-Ch-Chip N' Dale!"?

I've seen plenty of Ducktales, (heck I have like 2 volumes of the TV series, but have yet to watch all of them, {I used to have a VHS of it with that Curse of McDuck Castle and the one where the gang is in some Prehistoric era/location}), yet I haven't seen an episode of either of those two series, (Darkwing Duck nor Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers), but I do like the rhythm of the Darkwing Duck theme.

I already shared my thoughts about the Chip and Dale movie in another topic.

I learn that some days before, one of the ones who teach Animation, at my Uni, work on this film! 83
I think he also works on some more Disney films too.
This a Nrmal Disk, Trey, or with some Special Items on it, Trey? ;3

To answer your question it's not a complete, super deluxe bells-and-whistles disc like a lot of other movies they made but it's at least a step up from the way Disney was treating their Disney Afternoon series in the past. It does have the option to watch the movie in English, French or Spanish and its lone bonus feature is a game called "Find Scrooge McDuck's Treasure".
