I figured Jeff would win one this year, just not at Texas which is traditionally one of his worst tracks. I think Jeff's now won at every track on the circuit except Chicagoland and Homestead (although he won the Busch race at Homestead in 2000)
With his 82nd win in the books, he's only one win away from tying Cale for fifth all-time behind. He could also easily tie or pass Darrel Waltrip (84 wins) and Bobby Allison (85 wins) before this season is over.

Okay, I actually remember that one. Is it Kansas he hasn't won it. I confuse them sometimes, the tracks are similar and both joined in 2001.

Yeah that was definitely cool to see. Old Jeff finally conquer Texas. I was so pissed this past Sunday when the idiot Steve Letarte put two tires on the car insted of 4. So he just handed the win to that darn 48 car. Btw I am a die hard Jeff Gordon fan. Always rooting for him. These last couple of years has been hard to swallow with him struggling so bad. Under this idiot Steve Letarte. Well here's hoping 24 wins Atlanta tomorrow.
