Yes
He'll start with 7 races this year, debuting at Richmond in a reverse colored #02 Home Depot Toyota for Gibbs then run 5 races in the HOF Racing #96 Texas Instruments/ DLP Toyota and also run Atlanta in the #02 again.

Watch the cursing Dale Jr., if this were victory lane that's a $25,000 fine.
I know he'll do Richmond for Gibbs, Atlanta is rumored to be the second race for that #02 car.
The 5 races with HOF Racing in the #96 are unknown at this time. Since that time fired J.J. Yeley that car has become a revolving door. Rumors are they will split the remainder of the season between Lagano, Ken Schrader and possibly Jeremy Mayfield.

Dunno, probably will land somewhere. Maybe something in Busch or back to open wheel. That guy can drive a sprint car like nobody's business!

The kid's got talent. He's a calculated risk.
He won that 500 mile ARCA race at Rockingham earilier this year and has a Busch win at Kentucky to his credit.
I think pressure may start to get to him though, if he doesn't win or at least contend for a victory right off the bat in 2009 people will start asking questions, just like they do with David Gilliland.

I dunno, he's fired guys before for not being a world beater right out the box.
ex. Jason Leffler in 2005

And low and behold, due to Hurrican Hanna washing out qualifing, the phenom's first race is a DNQ. That's okay, lots of other great drivers started with a DNQ.

All racing at Richmond will take place on Sunday, its not a Saturday night race as planned. The Cup race will be at 1 pm, the Busch race will be at 7 pm. This is one of those very, very rare cases where the Cup and Busch series will run on the same day, at the same track
