Hey everyone, hope you guys are excited cause here's my new 101D fan fic! Enjoy !
CHAPTER 1:
(AVENGER'S POV):
It was a beautiful day at the farm. I slowly opened my eyes and stretched, I walked out into the sun, the morning breeze blowing softly against my face, it felt refreshing and good. I saw Roger and Anita packing their car for their Romantic getaway.
I looked around, everything seemed peaceful, I could hear the birds chirping, the plants were greener than ever. The pups were playing outside, I then saw the Dearly's car drive away.
I decided to head into the barn to watch TV, nothing on but the usual boring stuff. I shrugged and turned off the TV and walked back outside, "I think I'll go for a little morning stroll," I said as I headed off.
After my walk it started to rain, I ran as fast as I could to get inside the barn. I suddenly heard glass break and also heard a scream.
It was coming from the Dearly's house, I looked through the window to see Horace and Jasper with a sack in their hands while Nanny was trying to fend them off.
I ran back to the barn to call for help. Suddenly I felt something grab my collar and pull me behind the wall of the barn. I looked at the being who grabbed me, it was none other than Lucky.
As I was about to speak, Lucky covered my mouth and told me to keep quiet. I nodded and we then saw Horace and Jasper drive off in their van. Lucky and I both knew at that instant that Cruella must have taken the Pups, but why would she?
Then it suddenly hit me, Cruella was attempting to hold the puppies hostage in order to make Roger and Anita sell the farm. That explained it. Lucky looked at me as if I had read his mind. Wait a minute?....how did Lucky manage to escape in the first place? I decided to ask him that at another time. "So Lucky do you have a plan to rescue the pups?," I asked. Lucky thought a moment, he then shrugged. It's quite funny since he'd normally come up with plans to stop Cruella, I guess it's up to me then, "Alright here's my plan, we sneak into the Mansion and rescue the pups without letting Cruella know that they're gone!," I said. Lucky slapped his forehead, "Good plan! Why didn't I think of that!,"
I just rolled my eyes and shook my head. We then started off on our journey to De Vil Manor......
(CADPIG'S POV):
It was dark inside the sack. I was with all of my brothers ans sisters as well as some of our friends. We were most likely being taken to Cruella's mansion. It seemed like De-Ja Vu all over again. But the strange thing was that Lucky and Avenger didn't get captured. I guess they're pretty smart. I then was blinded by a bright light, we had arrived in the mansion, we were in the exact same room as before when Tibs rescued us. The TV was still there, the hole in the wall had been fixed, so there was no way out this time. I saw the two men then close the door behind us and we were trapped.
Well....might as well watch TV since there's nothing else to do. I turned on the television as all the pups gathered around me, except for Rolly who was sniffing around for food, I rolled my eyes and turned my head back to the screen....
(AVENGER'S POV):
We continued our path towards the mansion, it was getting dark and the rain was coming down even harder, Lucky was starting to get tired, I saw him then pass out from exhaustion. "Come on Luck'! We can't give up now!," I said as I tried to help Lucky to his feet, "No!....Go on without me I'll be fine!," Lucky said. I shook my head and said "No! Come on Lucky!," I managed to find a cave, I used all of my strength to drag Lucky toward the cave, let me tell you he was pretty heavy! We made it inside, I decided that the cave would be our temporary rest stop for a few nights, it would be hard to find food, I didn't bother running all the way back to the farm to get food, no way I would go that far.
We had still a long way to the mansion, it would take us about a day or two to get there on foot, in a vehicle it would have probably taken us a few hours. I looked around the cave and found nothing but rocks, I started to yawn as I myself was getting tired. Lucky was shivering from the cold, I smiled and I lay on top of his back, he was one of my good friends after all and I didn't want him to get cold. Lucky smiled as he felt warmer against my fur. I smiled again before laying my head down on his, we then both fell asleep peacefully as we had a long journey ahead of us.....
(CADPIG'S POV):
Several hours passed, Horace and Jasper came back into the room. They sat down and turned on their favorite show, "What's my Crime?," Gee! I guess it was De-Ja Vu all over again quite ironic isn't it? I looked around and walked over to one of the pups sitting beside my brother Patch, it was Spencer. Spencer looked at me and smiled, I smiled back and said, "What are you doing?," "I'm just doing what you are....watching TV," He said. I nodded, I then walked over to the window and jumped on the sill and looked out at the stormy night, I couldn't help but wonder what Avenger and Lucky are doing right now, I hoped they would come and rescue us and I also hoped they were okay and safe.
Something deep in my gut told me that they might be in danger or worse. Alright! Cadpig don't flood your brain with negative energy. I shook my head of those bad thoughts and decided to do my usual meditating, I breathed calm breathes as I told myself that everything would be okay......
(AVENGER'S POV):
It was nearly dawn as I slowly opened my eyes. Outside the cave it was snowing, not a snow storm but light snow was falling, everything appeared to be white. I got up trying not to wake Lucky, as he was still asleep. I walked outside and I sniffed around searching for some food. It was hard to sniff as snow would get on my nose and it would make my nose colder as my nose was already cold and wet. A couple minutes later I came back to the cave with some fruit I found growing on a bush nearby. Lucky yawned and opened his eyes, "Good morning Lucky! How did you sleep?," I asked. "I slept great but isn't it kinda early to be getting up?," Lucky asked. I smiled and said, "Yes it is, but we need to get an early start if we're ever gonna get to the mansion!," Lucky nodded and stretched, he noticed the food I had brought for us, he then gave me a confused look, "What's this?," "Breakfast! Come on, eat up! We have a long way to go!," I replied smiling at Lucky and taking a piece of fruit.....
(CADPIG'S POV):
I woke up early, it seemed to be snowing outside, everyone was still asleep including Horace and Jasper, I noticed that the door was open. I looked around and silently snuck toward the door. I looked out of the doorway, the hallways were empty, and there wasn't any sign of Scorch either. I quietly left the room and walked down and across the hall. I found Cruella's room, I opened the door cautiously. Cruella was still asleep and Scorch was sleeping on her bed, I silently giggled and snuck over to Scorch and made a playful smirk. I picked up scorch by the scruff of his neck and opened the window and threw him out into the snow. I then closed the window as Scorch suddenly began to shiver he opened his eyes and tapped on the window. I turned around and saw him trying to get in by scratching at the window, I looked down at the ground with a sad expression and let Scorch in and closed the window.
Scorch smiled at me and gave me a hug, I blushed a little and told him quietly to go back to sleep as I walked out of the room back to where the pups were. As I walked back, I wondered if Lucky and Avenger were at the mansion yet.....
(AVENGER'S POV):
The snow kept falling as we continued our way toward the mansion, Lucky was shivering and starting to get cold, I gasped as he passed out from the freezing weather. I looked around panicking and I decided that only one option would work, The Barking Chain. I took a deep breath and started to bark as loud as I could, I waited and lifted my ear for a response, nothing happened. I tried again, barking and yelping, I finally heard a response and in the distance I could see a dog running toward me.
"Are you Avenger?," the dog asked, he was a long haired Husky. "Yes I am! My friend is passed out and is freezing to death! We are on our way to the De Vil Mansion and we need to get there to rescue our friends and siblings before our farm is sold!!!," I told him. He nodded and picked up Lucky and put him on his back. "Come! Follow me, I have shelter nearby, I've already made arrangements for your food," The Husky said. I simply smiled, "Thank you so much!," I followed the Husky to an old abandoned broken down Horse Carriage, he led me inside, it was warm, there was hay lying around on the floor. "You can stay here for the night," The Husky said, "If you need anything else, let me know!," "Thanks, I don't know what I could have done without you!," I said with a smile. The Husky smiled and nodded and turned and disappeared into the winter landscape. Lucky was still passed out, I checked his pulse, he was still alive, that was good to know. Again I laid on top of him to keep him warm, The snow was slowly turning to a fierce storm, I assumed it would be a long time before the storm ceased.....
(CADPIG'S POV):
The snow was coming down harder and there was a storm outside. I feared that Avenger and Lucky would never make it in time to save us, I also feared that the farm would be sold and we would never see our home again. By now it was almost noon, Horace and Jasper had gone out to shovel snow out of the driveway, Cruella was gone off to work, and Scorch was left in charge to guard the door. We were watching TV, Thunderbolt was on, I sighed and looked over to see Cecilia looking out the window. I walked over to her and smiled, "Enjoying the view?," I asked. "Yeah! It looks pretty cold out there! I don't see how Horace and Jasper can stand it!," Cecilia replied. We saw the two men shiver as they dug out the snow.
"G...G...Gee! J..Jasper, How m...mmm...much we gettin' paid f...for this?," Horace asked, "Wh...who kn...knows? As...long as the pu...pu...puppies d...don't escape we'll....b...be fine!," Jasper replied. Cecilia and I burst into laughter at Horace and Jasper......
