Here's a question, although we don't think of them as it much is it a safe assumption that the Dearlys are actually pretty loaded?
In the original book Roger is outright stated to be rich because he apparently offscreen solved England's National Debt at one point and they gave him tax exemption forever in gratitude (The fact Roger orders up a mess of high-quality steaks from top London hotels FOR SPECIAL DELIVERY without batting an eyelid at the finale backs that up).
In the animated movie Roger makes a bundle in royalities from his song "Cruella DeVil" while in the live-action movie he sells his game while Anita is already a high-ranking fashion designer (positions that carried over into the series unchanged).
And yet in the series they occasionally hit money trouble ("Home is Where the Bark Is" [where they shrug off Cruella's literal $1 million offer to buy the farm without a second thought], "K is for Kibble," "Dough the Right Thing," "A Christmas Cruella") but still didn't have too much trouble for the size of task they have before them with 101 pets and a bunch of livestock. Not to mention Roger paid off the mortage about mid-way through the show's run in "Un-Lucky" and outright stated they were rich in the same episode (although he also said Anita could quit her job which didn't happen, must have decided the extra income was good).
Both seem to be able to support themselves, Nanny and all the animals without too much extra income, Roger barely made any real attempt to farm his land (despite any money the crops could make) and the ones he did were lighthearted and hobby-like (Lucky All-Star). The fact he can apparently make an entire hit game on his own (Un-Lucky, You Slipped a Disk) implies he would be in high demand from the games' industry.
The idea that Anita is paid VERY well would also go a long way to explaining why she remains loyal to Cruella time and time again after all the times she's been backstabbed, cheated, scammed, mistreated and spied on by her. Not to mention the huge raise the Dearlys forced Cruella to give her in "Robo-Rolly" so Anita would come back to work for her and so they'd keep quiet on Cruella's industrial espionage attempt.
