Get used to the accents...the series is set in America for some reason. Everything's been Americanised except Cruella who is still (mostly) English. Yeah, Roger has a tendancy to be sarcastic towards Cruella if I recall correctly. Nice seeing what you thought of the first episode. I swear down if you stole those cookies from me...I will not be pleased. >=[

Well it appears you have enjoyed the first episode. That's good. The reason they have American accents in the series is because they actually are American. You can tell this from the accents and the fact that they drive on the right side of the road and the American flags that can be seen in the series. Americans love to change the geographical locations of things to fit their needs and keep culture out of the media.
They also changed London to some other city... I think it's called Stiffle. Is that correct?
Yeah and cruella swerved to avoid the farm animals is because hitting cows tends to do a lot of damage to cars.
Yeah it's always interesting to hear someone's thoughts when watching something for the first time. You can see my thoughts on some of the videos in the comments. Well bye! Oh, and I will take one of those cookies, thanks.

For the record there are three cities in the show...
"Grutley" is the small farm town where the pups live.
"Stiffle" is a medium-sized American city.
"Topstown" is across the bay from the other two and a massive metropolis albeit more of generic NYC or LA than a London.
All three are largely just generic. We've tried a couple times to peg down where they are. The best bets are Massachusetts, Wisconsin or Oregon.
All three are in the Mid-to-Northern United States for some unexplained reason. London only appears in the show's mock "Making Of" episode where the producers considered setting the show there but decided against it. That episode actually had a lot of callbacks to movie, the only one that really did.

I also know, Stiffle has the Shopping Mall & Train Station, Race. ;3 So, That can count to the Medium City thing. =3
I do remember, Lucky does make a Call Back to the, "Animated" "101 Dalmatians" in, "Home Is Where The Bark Is". ;3 Also, Anita & Lucky refers to, Roger having a Pipe (From the "Animated" Film), in "Smoke Detectors". So, They do make a Number of mixing Continuities in. ;3
I like you Analysis of the Episode, Growlie! X3 To answer your Nick thing, Rolly & Cadpig ARE Phil & Lil, Since they're voice by the same Voice; Kath Soucie. ;3 Also, You may recognise, Lucky's voice for being Spinelli from, Recess. =3
Also, Wizzer is voiced by, Dexter (Dexter's Lab) And Mooch is Dave the Barbarian. X3
Also, I think, Cadpig says "No Glitz, No Glory". (Glitz being something Flashy and that. X3)
Still, Very Nice Analysis, Growlie. =3 Gives a good perspective on how a Viewing Pup may think, first time round. =3
Awesome Work, Growlie. ;3 Looking forward for more. *Hugs* X3

Dunno if the others' said it, but Lucky's voice actor is the same woman who voices Spinelli on "Recess" among other shows: I just can't remember right now.
