Diana and the Heartbreakers too sexual to be usable villains for a kids TV show (look at how well Minerva Mink went over on Animaniacs). The thing is, on Animaniacs Minerva Mink is a self-absorbed, vain and shallow character and she is still the character you still care about; you are supposed to be cheering for her. That was another reason they couldn't use her that much (imitative behavior on the heroine's part). If she was supposed to be a villain and Yakko, Wakko and Dot had to stop her it might have been different.

As for other characters, well, I'm kind of setting this show up kind of like "Hamtaro". In that show, there were like 15 different hamster characters, but there were 4 main hamsters while the rest sort of guest starred on all the other episodes; some appeared in some episodes, some didn't in others. Ooh! Maybe Humphrey Bumpty can be in it!! :3

I wonder if anyone else has anything to say about these ideas.
I am still a little torn up by the modifications that bab suggested. It sounds to me like he just wants the series to go back to the way it was before. He doesn't seem to like the idea of bringing in fresh new tallent and just wants to keep things the old-fashioned way, which kind of defeats the purpose of having this topic. Not to mention, it also makes him somewhat of a hypocrite as he has made a complaint that the show focuses on just three pups and a chicken rather than 101 Dalmatians. Also, has he not heard of Walt Disney's motto: "Keep moving forward"?

Walt also ratted out his employees to the H.U.A.C. and wanted his Florida theme park to consist only of his "E.P.C.O.T." vision of the future. The guy wasn't flawless and sticking to what worked before is a decent idea. Plus Disney hasn't "moved forward" since Lizzie McGuire debuted and they focused all their effort into milking youth talent for all its worth at the expense of family entertainment (when's the last time they aired something adults would like other than a token Black History Month showing of "Remember the Titans").
While I think a lot of us want a larger cast of regulars getting rid of the old characters isn't something we want. As said a large group of antagonists can keep the heroes on their toes and provide different plots (episodes with Cruella as the villian are totally different then ones with Swamp Rat or fics with Tac).
Plus as said Spot's not that bad a character. Would we rather have a dog there, probably but she's unique, relatable (who hasn't felt odd man out or like they don't fit in) and legitimately funny from time-to-time. You can't just kick that to the curb.
And don't just throw the word "hypocrite" around, you know that's an insult right?

no Amber in that list Belchic? Which Amber are you talking about? If you mean Flo's Amber, then she probably doesn't count since she exists in Flo's little universe. If you mean Anita's niece, then I must ask you...Why are you so obsessed with that character? She only appeared in one episode. What more can she do?

Well, How do we know, If we don't give her a shot, eh, Belchic? ;3
There are usually so many Pups, I find have Potential in, "101 Dalmatians The Series". It comes to the thought of, giving them a shot. =3
I mean, Alot of Pups feel, Aunt Coco & Uncle Beamer Vandercream deserved to be in more episodes. ;3
So, Yeah. If Two-Tone thinks Amber deserves another Episode, I don't see the Harm in that. =3
Looking forward to hearing what you Pups have to say on this. *Hugs* X3

I'm working on an episode list for this series. I probably won't get started on it until I return from my weekend. Everyone else brainstorm some ideas and share them with me when I get back.

I thought of another idea for this series. How about we give it some musical numbers like MLP? Maybe we could get the songwriters from that series to write the songs!

Well, Songs are difficult to compose, yet alone them being good. Although, I do like thinking about if the Dalmatians did Musical Numbers.
Maybe each Pup has their own genre of music? What genre can suit each Pup?

Genres for different pups? Well, Noggin would definitely have a rock style. Maybe mainstream rock of some kind.

Raine and Melanie would meet in the series twice and Penny will meet Antonio and Pepper meeting Blaze and Jarrod meeting Cadpig
