This may not be the right place to talk about this, but it's something I wanted to share with you guys.
When I made the las Random Facts about Pluto, it made me think of something.
As I said in one of the facts, Pluto was originally Minnie Mouse's dog, but he later became Mickey Mouse's dog and his pal. I'm kind of glad they decided to keep him as Mickey's dog and not as Minnie's dog. Because I seem to remember two Disney featurettes that featured Minnie and Pluto, and in those two, Minnie acted really cruel to Pluto. What? You don't believe me?
In the 1944 cartoon, "First Aiders", Minnie was teaching herself how to be a doctor or something, and she was using Pluto to do her training with. Now, I don't have too much of a problem with that, except everything she did seemed very forceful.
Now, here's the worst one of the bunch: In the 1949 cartoon, "Pluto's Sweater", Minnie made a sweater for Pluto. First of all, why would she do that? Dogs don't wear sweaters! Maybe the small, yippy ones do on occassions, but not the ones who are Pluto's size! The thing that ticked me off about this was, she forced him to wear it, and go outside with it on, on a day when it was extremely hot!
...Okay, I stand corrected. After watching the cartoon again, I see that there was some snow on the ground, but it still caused him a lot of problems such as getting laughed at by his friends. Regardless, it was still cruel.
No offense to any Minnie fans, but I don't think she deserves to have any pets.
