Who here reads the Redwall series by Brian Jaques? Or would like to play as a redwall characters on a site?
The reason I'm asking is because I am currently reading the only older Redwall book I havent read (besides the pop up and cookbook) and I had a idea that some people might like to have a board for it
Redwall series: Redwall (1986) Mossflower (1988) Mattimeo (1989) Mariel of Redwall (1991) Salamandastron (1992) Martin the Warrior (1993) The Bellmaker (1994) Outcast of Redwall (1995) The Pearls of Lutra (1996 The Long Patrol (1997) Marlfox (1998) The Legend of Luke (1999) Lord Brocktree (2000) The Taggerung (2001) Triss (2002) Loamhedge (2003) Rakkety Tam (2004) High Rhulain (2005) Eulalia! (2007) Doomwyte (2008) The Sable Quean (2010)
I read all of them so far except the last 2 (and I'm reading Taggerung)

Cadpig on DWoW asked me what kinda animals we're dealing with so for those of you who havent read the books here you go
Well the good guys are mice shrews otters badgers hares hedgehog's moles and some birds such as kites and a few others in the series
The bad guys are wild cats foxes crows snakes weasels rats stoats lizards frogs etc.
Basically the story line is there is a Abbey that is virtually inpenatrable, and in almost every story the bad creatures try to break in at one point or another. The friendly creatures in the abbey fight back and have the help of the otter clans shrew clans and sometimes squirrels (in most of the books) Sometimes, like in the one I'm reading, a good creature gets raised by vermin or orphaned and has to learn the right path, or to survive. Badgers most of the time go to Salamandastron (fire lizard) which is a mountain where the Badger Lords rule with their helpers the hares, and they fight the vermin that come by sea.
Interested? I didnt tell you ALL of it because if you do read it I dont wanna spoil it for you
