So, since we all have about a week or so after we finish school/ college/ uni/ whatever, I thought I'd throw this up for debate.
A Secret Santa between the board members. Pics, Short stories etc, you name it. What do you reckon?

SURE! This sounds like a good idea! =3
Of course, I need to question this...How do we get the Pups here to be Secret Santa and how do we select ours, without the others finding out?
Got any ideas on how'll we'll be able to keep it 'Secret' to the others then, Bishop?
Still, I'll be willing to try it! =3 Looking forward to seeing what's in store, Pups! *Hugs* X3

It sounds interesting, though I do have a question.
It will be pictures exchanged for pics, and writing exchanged for writing right?
Because I don't wanna work 5 hours on a pic only to get a piece of writing. And no I am NOT attacking anyone with this statement ^^;

@nemo: I see your concern cause I know you are not really fond of reading fanfics, but the secret santa ordeal is about gifts. And gifts are given because one wants to give them, not because of what one expects to get in return, IMO =/

I'm not expecting anything, Kit =/ I'm just waiting for Bishop's answer to my question.
I'm just merely giving my opinion that it isn't "fair" to do a drawing for someone and receive writing in return for it.

It will be pictures exchanged for pics, and writing exchanged for writing right? The problem with that is that I have no idea who would write and who would draw. I could alter the results to a person less likely to write a story for you, and ask them to do a pic for you, but even then I have no control over what they decide to do in the end (although I'd hope they understand your situation and respond accordingly .

I'm not expecting anything, Kit =/ I'm just waiting for Bishop's answer to my question. Ah, sorry, maybe that's not what you meant =/ I just got a little ticked off cause I got the impression you where saying writing takes no effort and is boring and inferior to art. The last part about being boring and inferior is probably true to some, but I can at least say from first hand experience I have used at least 5 hours to get the quality of a story right to so it doesn't just go for art ^^. Again, I Know this is not what you said. You even said you didn't want to attack anyone, I know. I guess I let myself be rubbed the wrong way by it, either way. Now I know I'll make sure to draw you something instead if I am picked as your secret santa

Now I know I'll make sure to draw you something instead if I am picked as your secret santa To Kit: Yeah you did let it rub you the wrong way XD Besides yesterday I had an.. issue with someone on dA, who was a friend, who decided to block me for 0 reason because out of the blue he decided he didn't trust me. Though one of the supposed reasons he did this was because I was a "drawer" while he's a "writer". He even got into this superiority complex thinking that all drawers think they're better than writers (which is false <<). So.. I was a little miffed by that, and I still am. Because I know writing takes effort, since I can't write to save my own skin. To Bishop: Once you decide you want to go through with the SS. You should ask everyone participating what they can do. Like say "For those of you joining, can you draw or can you write your secret santa gift?" I've been in a few SS's over the years so I can help you with that if you want.

Well, until I get more details about this, I'm going to say...NO!
When I do get more details, and they sound good to me, then...I guess I'm in.

Maybe we could solve the whole issue from earlier this way. People notify their stance in the game like this:
Kit: Will give: Writing or drawing (mediocre skills) Is willing to recieve: Everything.

Okay! I'll be willing to do this 'Secret Santa' too! =3
BabClayton Will Give: Writing Or Art Is Willing To Recieve: Everything
So, yeah. Similar to Kit, really. ;3
Who else is in then, Pups? *Hugs* X3
