(My first fanfic in a long time!)
It seemed like any other normal day on Dearly Farm. All the Dearly puppies were playing together like they always loved to do.
Three pups who always seemed to hang out together were Lucky (a male pup with black ears, a red collar, and spots on his back shaped like a horseshoe), Rolly (a plump make pup with a blue collar) and Cadpig (a small female pup with a blue collar, blue eyes and long ears). They had just finished watching the latest episode of Thunderbolt with their chicken friend, Spot.
"Man! Thunder never ceases to amaze me!" said Lucky. "It seems like he can do anything!"
"We can do anything too if we just put our minds to it," said Cadpig.
"I don't know about that," said Rolly.
"Actually, Cadpig is right," said Lucky. "We've had so many adventures together, and when the four of us are together, we are unstoppable!"
"Ha! Yeah, right!" said a voice.
The pups turned around to see a grey sheep dog pup. This pup named Mooch was standing off to the side with his gang of Dalmatian pup bullies: Wizzer, Dipstick and Two-Tone.
Mooch laughed at Lucky and his friends, "You're probably the biggest losers on the whole farm! I bet I can do anything a million times better than all of you combined!"
Lucky growled at Mooch, "I'll take that as a challenge! Well, if that's so, then why don't you prove it?"
"Oh, I can prove it alright!" snarked Moock clenching his fists.
"Okay, Mooch," said Lucky. "This afternoon at 1:00, I challenge you to a series of games. It's my team vs your team! We will fight to see who really is the best!"
"You're on, Luckless!" Mooch said before he spat on Lucky's nose. Then he and his gang walked away laughing.
Lucky walked back to his friends and said, "Remember, guys, the challenge starts at 1:00."
"A challenge! This sounds intriguing!" said Cadpig.
"At least it's after lunch," said Rolly.
Spot groaned, "This is not going to end well."
Soon afterward, Lucky approached the mayor of the farm, Ed Pig, and asked if he could set up the events. Ed agreed to do it.
Soon, it was 1:00. All the Dearly Farm residents gathered around for this marathon of events. It was Lucky's team vs. Mooch's team.
The first game was Tug of War. Mooch was super strong, so naturally, his team one. Lucky and his friends were laughed at when they fell in the mud.
The second game was for the teams to form a totem pole. Lucky felt his team had this in the bag since they have done this quite regularly. Spot climbed onto Rolly, Cadpig climbed onto Spot, and Lucky climbed onto Cadpig. On the other side, Dipstick climbed onto Two-Tone, Wizzer climbed onto Dipstick, and Mooch climbed onto Wizzer. Ed timed them to see who could stay the longest, but Mooch's weight stressed Wizzer so much that he tingled onto Dipstick causing him to shake his fleas onto Two-Tone, thus resulting in them collapsing.
With the score tied, they moved on to the third game, which was a relay race. The pups on both teams ran as fast as they could at the relay. At first, Lucky thought that having Spot on the team would be an advantage since she was a super speedster. However, the last one in line on their relay was Rolly, who was unfortunately so out of shape that he couldn't run fast at all, thus resulting in Mooch's team winning again.
Now it was time for the fourth game, a sing-off. Everyone listened to each group take their turns singing. Lucky's team sang in perfect beautiful 4-part Harmony. Mooch's team, on the other hand, was all over the place.
That was the last game. The score was an even tie.
"How about that?" said Cadpig. "See Lucky? You and Mooch are just as good as each other."
"I won't accept that!" said Lucky. "One of us has to be the more superior one!"
"You always have to be so competitive, don't you?" sighed Spot.
"I challenge Mooch to one more match!" demanded Lucky. "This will prove which one of us is the more superior leader and who has succeeded the most at leading his team!"
"You're on!" Mooch growled.
"What is the challenge?" Two-Tone asked.
Lucky answered: "The challenge is...a Battle of the Bands!"
So both teams went off to assemble a rock band. For Lucky's team, it was Lucky on lead guitar, Cadpig on keyboard, Spot on bass, and Rolly on drums. For Mooch's team, it was Mooch on guitar, Wizzer on bass, Two-Tone on keyboard, and Dipstick on drums.
To be continued...

(That's actually where I'm stopping. I'd like to give a special thanks to Flowgli for giving me the idea to start this fanfic. Now, I'd like somebody else to finish this story. I don't care if it's babclayman or Two-Tone or whoever. If you're interested in continuing the story, please PM me. Just remember to keep it cannon, because this is supposed to feel like an actual episode of the series; that means no OC's, no crossovers, and no bizarre non-cannon stuff. Okay? Looking forward to hearing from you on this!)
