Really? After all the fan demand, it’s finally happening? Well, if it’s for real, then this’ll be the first ever Nick Jr. show to get it’s own movie.

"Blue's Clues" had one that was straight to video. Weirdly there are also rumors that Michael Bay may be producing a live-action "Dora the Explorer" flick...I absolutely am not making this up!
Still, given "Paw Patrol" seems to revel in low stakes/no real villains how would you up the game for a big screen adventure. You could do an origin story although it would probably require throwing out that "Rumble joins the team" episode since he's too popular to leave out.

An origin story would be interesting. Who was the first member, maybe how is it the pups are able to talk to people, (and only the pups). Retconning the Rubble episode I can deal with but an origin story movie does sound neat.
Out of the pups, my bones are on Chase being the original member if the idea they went for is apparently an origin story.

So it looks like Paw Patrol is for sure getting its own video game! It’s called “Paw Patrol On a Roll”, and it’s coming out this October. Here is a link to prove it: www.gamespot.com/paw-patrol-on-a-roll/

So apparently, there is a Paw Patrol movie. However, as of today, it has only been released in the UK, Denmark and Spain, and IMDb currently has no planned release dates for any other countries.
The movie is called “Mighty Pups”, and this movie has the pups gaining superpowers. Everest plays a big role in it too.
I’m surprised I didn’t know about this. It evengot a theatrical release. It’s weird that it hasn’t been released anywhere else in the world, especially Canada since that’s where the show is made.

Someone told me it’s getting a DVD release in the US on September 11, so that means we are not getting a theatrical release of it but rather a direct-to-DVD release.

Dunno if anybody knew about this and if they do then it's all good.
Apparently Sweetie isn't the only pup villain on the series, there's a pirate dachshund pup named Arrby who's owned by a pirate. Arrby uses a pack similar to Zuma's only it's pirate themed, though unlike Sweetie, Arrby tries to convince his owner to change his ways so he's not all bad

Speaking of Sweetie, I wonder when she’s going to return. She only appeared in three episodes that all aired so close to each other, and has never appeared again since. Arrby has been in more episodes than her!

So it looks like Paw Patrol is getting another movie called Ready Race Rescue, and this one it looks like will be having a theatrical release on October 3, but my guess is it’ll only be in select theaters in select countries. This movie is going to introduce Humdinger’s cousin. Should be interesting.
