I was just thinking about this episode today, and I always wondered at the beginning when during barking class, the words, Yip, Yap and Yow were tested. However, coincidentally, that message was given out indicating that sheep were in trouble. Though it turned out Bob ad Bill were teasing the sheep.
I'm starting to wonder if this whole thing was all set up to test the pups. Bob and Bill were probably working with the Colonel the whole time.
What do you pups think?

Well, You also notice though that Bob & Bill are dres as Wuff's in the Episode, when Lucky, Cadpig, Rolly and Spot notice them. You may also notice that they are the; "Black Sheep Of The Family", so it is likely they do it to blly the Sheep.
Though, it is possible that the Colonel catch on to this, and feel he use this as a chance to see if the Dalmatians knowing their barking? Since the Sheep aren' in any actual troubl, Maybe?
I really do love how the Dalmatians act, during the; "Bark Brigade" Class. Like the two who look nervous, with Lt. Pug or how you can hear one, when Lt. Pug claims there are felines coming! Really good Episode to see the Dalmatians in those type of scenes.
You also notice that Lucky's voice does Wizzer's voice in this Episode? ;3
