The theme song to this show is iconic. I do hope it comes back with it.

The Voice for Cummings though claims it's a Rumour though, Doesn' it, Belchic? Also, The factor of Voices is that...You're able to get more than one voice... Like Lucky in; "101 Dalmatians The Series"? Who you think may work for Christine Cavanaugh's role, May I ask? That's a good question Bab, I would like to see Jim Cummings back as the voice of Darkwing Duck in his own film but again if it doesn't happen, it doesn't happen, I would also like to see Nega Duck as the villain as well, but for Christine Cavanaugh's replacement, it's possible, I mean look at Toy Story 3, Blake Clark took over the role of Slinky Dog when Jim Varney passed away. So finding a replacement for Double C can't be that hard, can it?

Erm, what's Double C?
Also, I'd like to counter the voice thing by saying Disney had plans to make a third Rescuers movie, but they canceled it because Beyonca's voice artist, Eva Gabor, passed away in 1996. They were paying respect to her that way.

Belchic Christine Cavanaugh that's what I meant by Double C, for example Dum Dum Dugan would be Triple D or Peter Parker would be double P to me cause of the name, see where I'm going with this? ^^; But to counter act that Belchic, they did make Toy Story 3 after Jim Varney's death, but they could have done a couple of things with the Rescuers 3 and still make the film like the Christopher Nolan Batman Trilogy when Heath Ledger died just don't mention her character, but I can understand why they didn't make the third film, if they don't want to make the Darkwing Duck Film out of respect for double C, I can understand that and will find something else to watch, I mean it's not the end of the world if something doesn't get made into a film or released on DVD or Blu Ray that you liked to watch as a kid, right? But if they did make Darkwing film, they can make a replacement voice actress (That's what I call the Toy Story Route.), Don't mention about Gosalin (This can be an alternate reality Film or as I call it the Nolan Batman route.) Or as Belchic says not make the film to respect Double C. Either way, I'm just going to go on with my life because there's plenty of other films like this Chip n Dale Rescue Rangers Film to watch, I for one want to see this get made cause it would be interesting to see them on the big screen. I mean they did make the Darkwing Duck Comic Books after the series ended giving it the finale it deserved.

I do not think we claimed that, the Film would be this year, other wise, we would have seen Previews of it, by now. This is where the News is Reported; www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/disney-reviving-chip-n-dale-676161Though, at this time, there is no set time, for it to be in Theatres. The factor, that it's a "Live Action" and CGI mix concerns me, what with Alvin, but I am sure Disney are able to have Chip N' Dale, in a Modern Audience, without pandering, like the Alvin one does, Eh? ;3

They did that with the Alvin and the Chipmunks movies: they combined live-action with CG, the chipmunks looked way too realistic, and they made it all modern and hip for the current generation. At least with this one, they are keeping all the original voice artists. I have a better suggestion though: How about they not make the film at all??

Get ready to have your minds blown... It has nothing to do with Disney but I had to get this out... Sony is making a Live Action/CGI Hybrid of Peter Rabbit!

Even after all these years, it’s still in production? They’re really determined to go through with this even though it’ll likely get a lot of backlash?

Backlash from who? DuckTales is a hit on TV, Detective Pikachu is a hit in theaters with CGI animals in a live-action environment, and would anyone but the dangerously hardcore really hold a recasting against them when the show has been out of production for a quarter of a century? Sounds like this is just a light spoof from the choice of director. This called "striking the iron while it's hot."
