Hi guys, Tungsten here. I just pondered of the idea of an anthro RP about the main four (plus Dipstick) forming their band, The Directors. Their style of music is 1980s new wave rock full of great keyboards and synths, amazing guitars, and ear-pleasing vocal delivery, arrangements, and hooks. Their main influences would be The Producers (an Atlanta band that influenced me to come up with the band name) and The Cars. Again, this is just my idea.
The Directors lineup is:
Lucky: vocals, bass guitar Rolly: vocals, drums, percussion Cadpig: vocals, lead electric and acoustic guitars Dipstick: vocals, rhythm electric guitars, keyboards, synthesizers (I see him as a left-handed guitarist.) Spot: vocals, keyboards, synthesizers
Let me know if anyone wants to join and what characters you wish to play. Thank you!

Nice idea, Raine. Just remember, they're two separate bands.

I'd like to give this one a try. I have a character who has an interest in rock music, and that character is Panda. And because Carolina is Panda's girlfriend and Jade and Slide are Panda and Carolina's friends, those four will be forming their own rock band, as well.
Their band name will be New & Fun Life, and their positions in the band will be as follows:
Panda: Lead singer/electric guitarist Carolina: Keyboardist Slide: Drummer Jade: Bassist

I'm interested in this RP. I'll think of my band lineup later. Though I think what you chose, tungsten, is questionable.

Why questionable, Belchic?

First of all, I don't think they need Dipstick.
Second of all, why would those pups even think of calling their band "The Directors?"
Third, I already created a band lineup for the main pups, and I think the positions I gave them are more suitable:
Lucky: lead guitar, vocals Cadpig: keyboard, vocals Rolly: drums Spot: bass guitar

I came up with the band name "The Directors" because I thought it was suitable enough. I understand, Belchic, that you made up a band, 101 RPM, for the main four, with a different lineup arrangement, and I like it as well. This is just my own envisioning of a band for the main four, but I thought maybe Dipstick would be a guest guitarist/keyboardist if any additional guitar or synths were needed.
The equipment:
Drums: Tama acoustic drums, Roland electronic drums Drum machine: Sequential Circuits Drumtraks and/or Emu Drumulator Bass guitar: Fender five-string bass Guitars: Ibanez acoustic six-string guitar, Fender Squier Stratocaster, Fender Jazzmaster Keyboards/synths: Oberheim OB-Xa, Yamaha DX7, Sequential Circuits Prophet 5, Roland Juno-60

So I've done some brainstorming, and I think I'll use Belchic's band with the main four, 101 RPM. Since Cadpig plays keyboards/synths in this lineup, would that also include piano and/or bass synthesizers?

I've always seen Cadpig as a guitarist and Two-tone the keyboard player.
