I talked with Belchic , and turns out, we like the Radiant-Templars VS Heartbreakers thing, but fighting fanfics aren't "exactly his forte", so I'm going to continue the series. Hope you guys like it! I'm just formatting things the same as Belchic does just to keep a common trend... Also, sorry there isn't much dialogue... ^^; This little story also includes babclayman 's character Malinda and her black magic.

"Atlas vs. Malinda: The Clockwork Marshal VS The Dark Sorceress"
It's been a few weeks since the confrontation between Arcane and Stealth... Arcane himself is still recovering from the heavy bruises and large open wounds Stealth put into him... Then again, Stealth is still healing from the dagger wounds Arcane put into her abdomen, especially that last strike to the solar plexis... It made breathing hard for her, at least until she fully recovers.
The Heartbreakers are bringing in more canines by the day. Eventually, they will match and maybe even outnumber all the Heroes. Until then, they have to get past the Radiant-Templars: Hyperion, Nicoletta, Atlas, Querida, Arcane, Nike, Thalia, Amoura, and Winter. It's a territorial conflict going on between the Templars and the Heartbreakers... Hiccup Hole, the Barn itself, the Bark Brigade obstacle course, the Food Trough, the Bark Brigade Battlements, the Farm Entrance Path, the "courtyard" between the barn and the house, and other locations around the farm.
Atlas Steelewell Dearly, a Templar, was down at Hiccup Hole. He was meditating, focusing his Archangel and Time-Paladin energy on his surroundings... Increasing his mentality, increasing his magical capability, and better controlling it. He may be an Ultimate already, but there's still room for improvement. He had small chunks of rocks encircling him, rings of water surrounding that. An aura of light surrounded Atlas like a hamster ball. Fire of all colors burned in his palms, and the air around him swirled not violently, but gracefully. Atlas was wearing his Radiant-Templar outfit: a white tunic with a red cross emblazoned on the front with black pants. Atlas had his pale-yellow scarf around his neck that read "Elysian" written in Dwarven runes.
Suddenly, he was blasted with a minor orb of shadow-energy. This broke his concentration, and the elements around him collapsed. He looked across the large pond at his assailant... Malinda, the Dark Magician of the Heartbreakers. She was wearing a black robe with purple trims, a white shirt underneath, and black pants. On the left-side pocket of the robe and on the back of the robe was the Heartbreaker symbol.
"You know, I've heard a lot about you, Time-Archangel Atlas!" She snickered. "If you want to fight back, go ahead! Just remember what we did to Arcane..."
Atlas growled under his breath. "Remember what we did to Stealth... I know about your abilities, Time-Archdemon Malinda! We're essentially the same Classes at the roots, you and I... Except one controls Light while the other controls Dark..."
Malinda smirked at Atlas. "Yes, that is true. The only other difference is that I will emerge victorious!" Malinda waved her arms over her head, and from her back emerged a pair of black-energy wings. Atlas did the same, except vibrant white-magic wings sprouted from his back. The two flew at each other... The collision left the two in a stalemate, arms locked as they tried to overpower one another...
Atlas leaned his head back and rammed it forward into Malinda's. She flew back a few feet and covered her face while yelling in pain. Taking advantage of the moment, Atlas placed his hand out and blasted Malinda's shoulder with a light beam. Malinda snarled and stared intensely at Atlas. She waved her arms over the water in a scooping motion. This summoned the water to her, and she now had control of it. She sent the water torpedoing in Atlas' direction. The Templar curled up, and formed an aquatic barrier with his own water. They were over a large pond, so that particular element was abundant. They flung water at each other like two young puppies splashing for fun...
"Is this just going to be a splash fight?" Atlas asked. At that, Malinda shot a few fireballs at Atlas, while still controlling the water. He quickly dodged them, and retaliated with his own fire. For a good long while, the two were constantly launching fireballs and fire discs and fire whips as each other, but they both proved to be too quick for anyone to land a hit. The two pups looked at their scorched clothing and semi-burned fur. Turns out they were starting to roast each other... In an attempt to make things more interesting, and to prevent himself from getting done medium-rare, Atlas taunted Malinda. "What's the matter? Won't use some darkness? Or are you afraid I'll snuff it out with the light?!"
"Oh, you want some darkness? I'll give you darkness!" Malinda snapped back. She released her water and began to conjure up some dark magic. She encased Atlas in a sphere of black and purple, a cage that he tried to fight back against with the light in his palms, but he could not find the golden opportunity!
"Now, don't scream too loud, as I've been told this is very painful..." said the pup. Malinda quickly tucked her elbows in to her sides, and the sphere surrounding Atlas reformed into multiple long spikes that simultaneously sliced Atlas faster than he could blink. He hollered in utter agony... The Time-Archangel was now bleeding. Atlas realized his wounds and spat the red liquid onto the ground. He waved his arm from the nearby tree to Malinda. A few branches were sent racing in her direction. Malinda evaded his attack by flying to the side. Her opponent didn't give up. He was in control of the branches and roots of the trees.
"I'm going to tear you apart..." Atlas muttered under his breath. "When I ensnare you..."
Malinda was quick with her wings. Atlas just moved the branches faster and faster... Malinda cloaked her hands in shadow energy and began to block and parry Atlas' 'tree' attacks.
"You're going to have to do better than that if you want to even have a chance of looking good when the Heartbreakers destroy you!" Malinda taunted.
"Am I?" Atlas smirked. Malinda looked down at her foot, snared by a tree root. Atlas began to slam Malinda on the ground, back and forth, back and forth, swinging her around over and over and over again... When he was done and she was beyond furious, he positioned her a few yards in front of him. Atlas unleashed a repeated torrent of small bullets of light.
"That's it!" Malinda screeched. She arced her arm over her head and pulled a shadow sword out of what seemed like complete nothingness. "You, Cadpig, your girlfriend and Inky aren't the only ones who can pull weapons out of thin air!" With her shadow sword, she sliced cleanly through the roots Atlas had bound her by, and she flew directly towards Atlas. Malinda materialized another shorter shadow sword. She moved to cut Atlas, but Atlas would not go down like that. A sudden flash erupted from Hiccup Hole, and shot a black and white beacon into the air, one that could be seen from all around... In the fight however, Atlas had deflected Malinda's shadow weapons with his own, made of light.
"You know who taught me how to do that, how to pull weapons out of thin air?" Atlas asked with a tone of deep anger in his voice... "You want to know?! Beamer Vandercream, our uncle, the most powerful Archangel-Assassin in the U.K.!"
"You think that means something to me?!" growled Malinda. "I don't care who or where you learned it from! The only thing I care about is seeing you at our mercy!"
Malinda and Atlas were furiously slashing and hacking their weapons fabricated from their elements at each other. The conflict turned into yet another stalemate. Atlas thrust his knee into Malinda's gut, and she retaliated by driving her palm into Atlas' solar plexis. He wasn't even phased. The Archangel and the Archdemon flew higher up into the air.
"You know what else I can do?" Malinda asked. "This." She began to radiate Archdemon energy. Her immediate surroundings blackened as she was cloaked in a veil of black magic. She placed her hands close together, and a small red sphere formed between them. The orb was emitting so much power, so much emotion... Atlas knew all too well what this was. "Beam of Emotion... Pride!" Malinda muttered. She absorbed the crimson energy-sphere into her own body, amplifying its power. She then unleashed a large, powerful shockwave forward towards Atlas.
With eyes wide open, Atlas floated there in complete astonishment. A powerful magical explosion pulsated throughout the stratosphere above the Dearly Farm. However, both combatants were still in the sky. A voice resonated, "Beam of Emotion, Determination!" Malinda's massive blood-red shockwave was met by a similar beam of nearly equal strength. The dark blue beam fired by Atlas evened out the playing fields, so to speak. This was the true test. Whoever won this energy-clash would be the victor. Determination is normally stronger than Pride, however Malinda has a great amount of Pride, and not the good kind, either. The sky was split in two colors: red and blue. The clash lasted for what seemed like forever for the two pups... Everyone on the Dearly Farm was a witness to this event unfolding...
After an unnerving few moments, the sky returned to its normal color, and one of the pups was falling out of the sky, their magic wings slowly withering. Before they hit the ground, the pup was saved by the victor, even though one could easily have let the other plummet to their death. A broken, bloody, and exhausted Atlas left the unconscious Malinda at the Heartbreakers' hideout. Atlas knocked on the door, and Emma answered.
"You son of a..." Emma snarled as she stared at Malinda lying on the ground. She looked up at Atlas, with uncharted rage building in her eyes. "I'll kill you!"
"She needs medical attention..." said Atlas. "Make sure she gets a long rest, and that she recovers her magical energy before she fights again. She'll need it when she faces a Radiant-Templar again." Emma growled and tried to drag Malinda inside. Atlas aided in this. He will still show honour and compassion, even to his enemies.
"Why are you helping?" Emma asked. "We're your enemies! I have half a mind to kill you right now, since you're so exhausted! Don't forget who you're dealing with: the Heartbre-" Emma didn't finish her thought, as Atlas cut her off.
"At the end of the day, we're still Dalmatians..." Atlas answered. "We live on the same farm, and a lot of us share abilities. However, the Heartbreakers threaten our home and us, and we're going to fight. Even if we don't win in the end, WE are still going to remind YOU who you're dealing with..." With that, Atlas stood up and left. His magic angel wings still have yet to disappear.
Atlas' wings were nearly drained of their energy, and would no longer support his weight... However, Atlas trusted them to get him back to the barn, and they did. The worn-out Angel slammed the door to the barn open, and all other Heroes turned to him. Arcane was still on crutches, but would be able to walk in a few days. Breathing heavily, Atlas entered the barn, paying no heed to his numerous bleeding wounds. There was silence amongst the Heroes, and that was all they needed.
"Atlas!" A voice called out. It belonged to Penny. She jumped at Atlas, and he nearly toppled back as she wrapped her arms around him. Penny stained her clothes in blood, but she didn't care. She was crying, in both sorrow and relief. Sorrow because Atlas had nearly died, and relief to see he is alive. "You reckless, foolish, stupid, reckless Archangel..."
"I'm okay now... And the Radiant-Templars have one victory... Although the Heartbreakers' strength is constantly growing, the Heroes will continue to fight back..." With the conclusion of that sentence, Penny leaned in for a kiss upon Atlas' lips. Tears had begun to shed from the eyes of the clockwork pup. When Penny backed up for a moment, Atlas collapsed. He fainted from sheer exhaustion and excitement. Malinda did a great number on Atlas... He himself needed a long rest... One can say that this fight also ended in a tie, if they wanted to stretch it.
Hiccup Hole is now under the control of the Heroes, and Atlas had put Malinda; the Dark Magician of the Heartbreakers out of commission for a while. This instilled hope in the hearts of the Heroes, but given Atlas' current condition, it was all too certain that in the future they would not be this fortunate again in the fight against the Heartbreakers. The struggle will only continue to grow more difficult. Only one question remained, who among the Radiant-Templars would face a Heartbreaker next?
With his current can-do attitude and strong will to fight, the eyes are slowly but surely turning towards the Ardent Rusher... Nike the High-Blitzer.
