I'm starting to wonder if the 84 puppies who are not in Pongo and Perdita's litter are older than the original 15 who are in the litter. The reason I wonder this is because in the original movie, when Sgt. Tibbs discovers the whole batch of puppies, one of the puppies says to him: "What about those little ones? They have names and collars." By addressing them as "little ones", that indicates the rest of the pups are bigger and older than the original 15.
What do you pups think?

I think that may be the case, in the; "101 Dalmatians" "Novel", as Pongo & Missis find that their Puppies are the smallest of the Dalmatians, which Cruella has abdcted.
Though, we also need to consider that there may be some who are possible Youngr or smaller, than Pongo & Perdita's Litter too, should we?
