I'll be honest here. This episode is one of my most favorites in the series, and I really do enjoy the character Go-Go. And I'm glad that I made a screenshot gallery thread for this episode a long time ago, or we wouldn't have screenshots like this: I'll say that while that image looks suggestive, that's actually the reason why I took it: to get a good laugh at Jasper and Horace in these positions. I don't know about everyone else, though.

Maybe this is why they don't air this episode on TV anymore? Along with the gambling aspect?

This was also one of my favorite episode of the show. Go-Go was interesting, there were a good deal of laughs in it, and it's the only racing themed episode we got.

That part I brought up is something that lasted only a second, so it doesn't seem to be that noticeable to many people who have seen it. Also, I've never heard of an episode of an animated show no longer airing on television because it features gambling.

I really enjy this Episode too. Go-Go is a good character, it allows World Building, with Gruteley Trck and there are a lot of amusing scenes, which happen, in the episode! <3
This Episode gets refer to in; "On The Lamb", too. In this Episode, during Cadpig's group therapy session, we see a Canine called; Kelly, who has a fear of sheep. Later, in; "On The Lamb", the Barking Chain Message, about Lambo, is from Kelly, who Cadpig describes as; "The Sheep a Dog, with the control issues". It's a good piece of Continuity, with the Episodes of "101 Dalmatians The Series", Eh!? ;3
I think a possible reason can be cause of how Go-Go answers the Rosache Tst, as it does imply he has a bit of a disturbd mind.
I also think Go-Go is voice by Dan Castellaneta, you think it is who Go-Go's voice is, Pups!? ;3

This was the first episode of the series I ever saw.
The chocolate bunny scene with Rolly cracks me up every time I watch it!
