This is the first AU that I've made. But why is this an AU? Well... It's because it focuses more on Seth and Marcy, as well as have some pages from Marcy's journal, right now. I'm just going to show the Prologue and will post up the other Chapters when I work on them more. But when I'm done, I'm thinking of doing my own work with the Amphibia Characters along with three of my OC's. But for now, let me know what you think of the Prologue to this Amphibia Fanfic. ^^ Please enjoy.
“Tell her how you feel.” A Voice whispered.
The boy jumped, when he turned to see his friend was next to him. Whispering in his ear, since they were in the library. “Cause if you don’t, someone else will.” The boy had a feeling that his friend had a point. He had a crush on her since Kindergarten. He looked again, seeing the Taiwanese girl with Olive skin, tall and slim, short, shiny black hair and dark brown oval eyes.
Marcy was wearing her school uniform. It consisted of a grey-blue colored hoodie with a small “SJMS” emblem stitched across the chest as well as a bigger one on the back, a short green skirt, and a pair of brown school shoes, she also wore a green barrette in her hair.
“Do you even know her name?” The friend asked.
“Marcy Wu.” The male boy replied. He had short brown hair, a black shirt and red shorts. He had a piercing on his right ear and a pair of Goggles around his neck. His name is Seth.
“Is this your first time meeting her?” His friend asked.
The boy shook his head. “No, it isn’t.” He replied.
“When was it?” The friend asked.
Seth looked at his friend, then back at Marcy who was looking at her phone and talking to herself, he leaned his arm on one of the bookshelves. “It was after the incident with two bullies.” He replied. “My sister wouldn’t tell me, so I looked at her diary to find the clues I needed.”
“Dude, what are you going to do if she found out!” The friend shouted in a whisper.
Seth shook his head. “She’s not going to find out.” He replied to Joey. “First of all–”
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
While Seth tried frantically to silence his cellphone, it not only caught the attention of Marcy, but everyone else in the Library as the Librarian looked at Seth and placed a finger on her lips, indicating that he had to be quiet.
Seth sighed, he was usually quiet in a library. When talking to his friends, he would just whisper making sure that he would never disturb the others. He looked at his phone and saw that it was his sister texting him to meet up with her and her friends.
He saw that Marcy was looking at him as he nervously waved to her, she just smiled and waved back before leaving the library. “Smooth move, my friend.” Joey spoke as he placed his hand on Seth’s shoulder.
“Yeah…” Seth agreed as he watched Marcy leave. “I gotta go as well, I’ll catch you later, Joey.”
“Alright, see you later, man.” Joey spoke.
Seth was wondering if Marcy thought he was… He shook it off, as he tried to get a grip of reality. He failed. The cellphone was causing all the attention toward him. She probably wouldn’t want to speak to me anymore.
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
Oh, what now?! Seth thought as he picked up his cellphone.
Sis: Where are you?
He texted back. “I’m on my way, was just at the library.”
Sis: Seriously?! I don’t know why you— Nm, just get over here.
Seth: On it.
Seth had to admit that his sister had no patience when it came to waiting. But he didn’t seem to mind putting up with the idea of his sister always making him want to hurry, he just hoped that she wouldn't make him get into an accident.
He wondered why his sister wanted him to hurry, then again. He should’ve known and picked out a gift for his friend, unfortunately he lost track of time as he left the library and got on his skateboard, doing tricks and all kinds of things, as he raced against the clock to make it to his sister and their friends. He then put on his earphones and hit the tunes on his phone as he rode his Skateboard.
A huge pipe was being lifted up as Seth went inside it, skating inside as he jumped down onto a railing from the pipe and grinded his skateboard then jumped on the bench, grinding on that before making it on the street, where he approached the skating rink and did tricks and stunts on his skateboard, impressing the crowd that was there.
He left the skate park and headed toward the park where his sister and her friends would meet him. He wondered what the girls had in mind for him when he got there.
He stopped his skateboard as he saw the three girls with a Music Box. He was curious of what they were doing as he started walking up to them, he noticed that one of them was opening it up. “What are you three doing?” He asked. They looked behind them and before they could respond, The box opened and a bright light appeared.
