Random Fact # 4, 718
When Marvel made their Sequel Mini-Series to their "Transformers" Comics, "Generation II", the primary antagonist of the Series was a Transformer called Jhiaxus. This name is actually a pun which writer, Simon Furman, came up with as a means of joking about what he felt were unrealistic sales goals, which Marvel had placed on the book. So, he literally named the antagonist; "Gee, axe us" .
Random Fact # 4, 719
Ironically, while "Generation II" got what is considered Low Sales Figures when it was first released, in today's Comic Market, those numbers would be enough for the book to be considered a mega-success!
Random Fact # 4, 720
When IDW reprinted the Original Marvel Comic Line for "Transformers" in a Trade, due to licensing issues, they couldn't print certain issues, such as the Third Issue, where the Autobots team up with Spider-Man, or even the character of Circuit-Breaker, who is technically a Marvel Character. However, the Trade proved to be so successful, IDW did a Second Edition of the Trade, where they were able to work something out with Marvel that allowed the Line to be reprinted in its entirety, rather than just giving brief synopsis for issues that featured Marvel Characters.

Random Fact # 4, 724
An early idea to replace the infamous "Superstar Limo" Attraction, at Disney's California Adventure, would have been a Muppets theming titled; "Miss Piggy's Superstar Limo".
Imagineers would've announced the update by placing adverts in Newspapers reading; "Okay. We admit it. Superstar Limo is a really terrible ride. Not to worry, though. We're going to fix this DCA attraction. In fact, we've got two of our best men working on it right now." Under the text, we would be an image of Doctor Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker. The attraction would then be re-opened, but when the guests ride it, they would see Muppet construction workers placed around the ride, and as weeks and months go by, the celebrities would one at a time be swapped out for Muppets. The idea being that guests would re-ride the attraction to see who was added this time.
However, Disney was still negotiating the full acquisition of the Muppets, so the attraction was instead given a "Monsters Inc." retheming.

Random Fact #4725
When Bruce Springsteen finished his "Born in the U.S.A." album, the record producer convinced him to write one more song for the album thinking that the album was lacking a song that would be a hit. While Bruce wasn't fond of the idea, he wrote it anyway. The song was called "Dancing in the Dark", which did become a hit, but despite the producer's thoughts, the album also managed to score six additional big hit singles: the album's title track, "Glory Days", "I'm on Fire", "Cover Me", "My Hometown" and "I'm Going Down". Still to this day, "Born in the U.S.A." stands as not only Bruce Springsteen's best album but also one of the greatest albums in rock and roll history.

While Barbara Gordon, known for her role as both Batgirl & Oracle, did first appear in the Batman Comics (notably, Detective Comics #359), she was actually created for the sake of the Adam West Batman Television Series. The Adam West Series was starting to get lower ratings around the third season, so Series Producer, William McElroy Dozier, contacted DC and asked them to create a woman equivalent to Batman, in the hopes of attracting a woman demographic to the Series, even being the one to suggest that she would be Commissioner Gordon's Daughter. When the Producers saw the Concept Sketches by Carmine Infantino, they approved the character and Barbara Gordon made her television premiere, several months after her first appearance in the comics.

Random Fact #4732:
During the year 1987, we got a movie called Masters of the Universe. This movie was based on the popular toyline from Mattel and was the first live-action movie based on such an idea. It was originally a critical and commercial failure, with a large reason being that by 1987, the popularity of the toy was in decline (the Filmation cartoon series ended in 1985). Only He-Man's (literal) sister series She-Ra: Princess of Power was still on the air by the time of the movie's release. However, it would later become a cult film.
What is interesting is that while the movie was in production, Mattel was running a contest where the winner would make a guest spot in the film. Being that it was sprung on director Gary Goddard at the last minute, the kid was in the movie, in full costume as "Pig Boy", the anthropomorphized pig Eterian that hands Skeletor his staff before the climax.
He'll only be able to prove it in the credits as the mask is hiding his face.

The Band Members would have been abducted by Robotnik, along with the other Animals, and would have been found within the Capsules which Sonic opens in each Zone. The band were cut due to Cartridge Space, although a nod to this band would be seen during the Credits of the Master System Port, where Sonic is shown standing at a Microphone. Vector the Crocodile would later make his way into a Sonic Game, through "Knuckles Chaotix" and later "Sonic Heroes".
